How it feels like living in monarchy in America? Great? When republicans sweep everything under the carpet and cultists smiling from ear to ear. Well done. I hate to break this to you, but that isn't the way the public sees it.

When the Democrats announced they were going to impeach Trump and before the testimony began in the house, the public was in favor of impeachment and the removal of the president. That all started to change during the testimony in the house, which was broadcast live and coast to coast. By the time the house wrapped up the testimony and voted two articles of impeachment to be sent to the senate, the public was no longer in favor of Trumps removal from office.

That's no coincidence... The public didn't see republicans sweeping everything "under the carpet"... What they saw was the democrats trying to impeach the president without any concrete evidence to back up their accusations, just speculation and hearsay.... and in the end sending two articles of impeachment to the senate, none of which even charged him with a crime.

What's absolutely amazing about this, is that public opinion changed in Trumps favor in spite of nearly every single mainstream media outlet siding with the democrats at every turn.

By proclaiming that "Trump is king" and that America is now a "monarchy" only makes things worse for your side of the isle... I know you don't see it that way but believe me, it's true.

I like to see what's left from American Greatness after Trump's next term...

Trump sought out foreign help and withheld foreign aid for personal gain. Trump supporters have truly shown they are against American values and are FOR dictatorships. May each and every Trump supporter burn in hell for all eternity like the scumbags they are.

America was great under Bush41, Clinton, Bush43, Obama, and is still great under Trump.

America will still be great in November if any of the Democrat contenders win.

The Constitution, as often is the case, is reaffirmed every time something the masses do not like happens as rights are protected by the unpopular decisions, not the popular ones. America has never been stronger, its values never more true, and freedom has been protected. It is a shame the democrats cannot see that.

A constitutionally legal process, impeachment, is your idea of a coup? What colour is the sky on your planet? The only "wannabe dictator" I see is Trump. He has no regard for the law (as his numerous failed lawsuits and subsequent fines show), no regard for the US Constitution, and he cares for one thing only; money. If you think he gives a flying **** about you, your fellow citizens or America in any other respect, I suggest a reality check.

Well, the defense has been...scattered. Nobody said he didn't do it. But we do have "impeachement is bad," "the President can do whatever he wants," and "but...but...Democrats."

Congress has just effectively given Trump the title and power of a king. By not even allowing witnesses to testify at this trial, they are effectively saying that Trump will not be held accountable for "anything". It also effectively means that Congress is now powerless to do their Constitutional job of being a "check and balance" on the government as the Constitution calls for.

Get accustomed to powerful men ruling your life and telling what to do without any consequences. The law can no longer help you even if you can prove that the other person was guilty and you innocent. By the way, is the definition of king and his rule.
