What happens to the 2020 election if Bolton books says Trump did it all?

And they will pay for it at the ballot box. Karma's a bitch.

so what is your prediction about what will Happen in the 2020 election?

I don't know what is going to happen. What I'm hoping for is a silent majority emerging to defeat Trump in a landslide. And the silent majority I am referring to are female voters and younger voters. Females despise Trump in large numbers and he has no love coming from the youth. He will never get the black vote. He panders to his base and never tries to include any other segment of society.

What kind of president is that? He doesn't deserve the job.

what values to women and blacks want?

Not that many people care.

More correct than not, IMO. It could just be a replay of 2016: The Democrats will field some LW whacko for President and there's "the Devil we know" already sitting in the WH. More interesting to me will be whether or not the Republican party takes another shellacking like they did in 2018.

Even if they did, who would they vote for? Bernie? Biden? Warren? It's not like the Democrats have JFK standing in the wings.

That depends on how many countries Trump can convince to hack our election, and give him the win again.

I heard a rumor Pakistan and India are still open for business.

They want respect. Dignity. They want to live in a more equitable political climate. Females abhor the bullying and the misogyny of Trump. I can't speak for blacks since I'm not black, but I do believe universal principals of decency apply. Trump lacks a moral compass, basic human decency, and the ability to self-reflect. He's an awful leader.

However, Trump is a great follower.................................of all things Putin.

well there have been numerous studies and they find that women-especially single women, want more government and want more dependency. Married women, not so much-as one Democrat strategist noted "we (Dems) lose women to marriage. maybe because once married, some women don't feel as needy on government. But what the point is-those of thus who tire of more nanny state dependency are going to be on the other side of the aisle from many single women-especially single women with children.

Speaking as a married woman, I would like to point out that your words, to another woman, telling us females what we want, why we want it and what we feel, smacks of patriarchal condescension with which many, if not most, of us have dealt with all of our lives.

Forgive me if I find hermit's post to be more compelling and honest.

I can't speak for others. I myself am leaning toward Amy Klobuchar. I think she is well qualified for the job and it's time we had a female President.

She's a worker who gets things done. And she will bring a new perspective to the office. I just like what I see in her.

You go, girl! *high five*

Edit: I'm a Klobuchar fan myself! Fingers crossed, lol.

I like her, but 1) I'm not a Democrat so I can't vote in their primary (or the Republican primary...if they had one) and 2) while I like Klobuchar, she won't be the nominee.

I could note the sky was blue and you would claim it is pink but study after study proves my point. One study, tracked countries that in somewhat recent history, enfranchised women. All of them saw a drift towards more welfare socialism after women started voting. In the USA-the GOP candidate has won the male vote in every election since women started voting (1920) save Goldwater from what I recall. Yeah, FDR did not carry the male vote. Nor did Kennedy or Carter. So the fact is, women are more likely to vote for leftwing candidates than men.

Klobuchar is one of the brighter candidates in the Dem ranks-maybe the brightest (certainly brighter than Biden, Bernie and Warren) but has almost no charisma

Agreed. She's a workhorse politician. Certainly not Reality TV star material.

I can't vote in the Democratic primary either; I'm stuck with a Republican primary, and most likely, a throw-away write-in vote. :(

At the moment, it looks like it will be Trump vs. either Biden or Bernie in November and Trump will probably win. Whether or not several Republicans still have their Congressional seats will be fun to watch.

I hope she gets the VP spot, assuming she doesn't skyrocket to getting the Dem for POTUS nomination.

what I found interesting was she was a year behind me in college-I was extremely involved in the campus political scene-ran the libertarian campaign for president-chairman of the Political Union's liberal (yes liberal-they fit my views better than the two right wing parties) party, and I don't recall much of anything about Klobuchar. Other students who became politically active-such as Shannon O'Brien (who lost to Mitt Romney in the Mass Governor's race) Peter Keisler (AG under Bush), a guy who became the Mayor of Yonkers (Chuck Lesnick) etc, I knew well. Klobuchar wasn't active at all: friends of hers I know said she was a solid student who really wasn't all that well known

Nobody thought Trump would be the nominee either. The race ain't over til it's over.

 A lifetime of being a Republican woman proves my point. I don't need any stinking study to tell me what I think, what I believe, what I want, and what I feel. I doubt hermit does either.

But thanks for sharing.

In my opinion from watching and listening to Klobuchar, she would not make a good VP. She is too strong of a female for that. She needs to be top dog or stay in the Senate. Now Warren, on the other hand, is VP material in my view. Amy as President with Elizabeth as VP, now I could really get into that.

I hope you're wrong, but as long as Trump can "quid-pro-quo" half the globe to hack into our election, he certainly has bought and paid for a significant advantage. I'm not sure our democracy as we've known it can survive that.

Hi five backachya DiAnna. Nice to meet someone who can see more in Klobuchar that the media is not picking up on.
