The outcome of his trial was known before the articles were even delivered.

By probably the middle or end of next week the trial will be over, Trump will be vindicated so what next?

Will the democrats make him the first president to be impeached multiple times as the tantrum continues or will they get down to business and start working with the Senate and President to do “The People’s Business”.

We get to see Trump do lots of Tweeting.

When will the Senate start passing legislation passed by the House?

No, trump will be acquitted. Big difference. If Republicans had wanted him to be "exonerated" or "vindicated," they'd have allowed all the witnesses to be called and heard.

They won't.

You missed the part about "start working with the Senate and President", didn't you? That nonsense passed by the House doesn't meet those requirements.

He is impeached no matter the outcome of the trial.

Prove the above is true. Not saying it isn't but I'd like to see the legal precedent for the above.
TIA.

I'm not sure what part of my post you're asking me to prove.

We know.

3 House passed bipartisan bills that would help combat Russian interfering in the 2020 election have been collecting dust on the desk on Moscow Mitch McConnell for months.

That's how he got his "Moscow" nick.

Alan Dershowitz disagrees with you.

Dershowitz also responded to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's repeated claim that President Trump's impeachment "is forever" and that he will remain impeached regardless of the Senate trial outcome.

"Nancy Pelosi doesn't understand what impeachment is," Dershowitz said. "What she has said that even if the president is acquitted, the impeachment stands. No."

"That's like saying if a person is indicted and the jury acquits 12-0 in 5 minutes, he still indicted," he continued. "No... The impeachment disappears. The impeachment is only a grand jury presentment."

"If Pelosi maintains that impeachment is an end in of itself, you need full due process," Dershowitz added. "You need an adversarial system. You can't go and announce that he's been impeached and it'll be impeachment hanging over his head the rest of his life."

I'm sure if you read it back to yourself, you'll figure it out.

EVERY area of attack happened after a Democrat(s) was caught doing it.

Russia? Obama had any investigation into Russia and the election halted. Hilary Clinton was catching hell for over $100,000,000 from Russians with $500,000 into Bill's personal pocket, hiring Russians to investigate Trump - with Obama not opposing Russia taking massive Ukraine territory including all of Crimea and Clinton approving 20% of our highly lucrative uranium to Russia for Russia's profit - so then they accused Trump falsely of doing what Clinton did.

Same on Ukraine. When it was becoming very public of Joe Biden using a $1 billion dollar extortion to money launder millions of it thru his son and for a cover-up, and more publicity that Biden has been money laundering tax money domestically and thru foreign countries thru ALL his children and his brother, the diversion was to blame Trump for what Biden did.

It ALL is to divert from the grotesquely corrupt actions by Democrats by blaming Trump for what they did and constantly do. There was no money to be made by Trump in his phone call. There was for Joe Biden and his son.

We also know Democrats furiously do NOT want Biden investigated by Ukraine, while furiously arguing he did nothing wrong. Just take Joe's word for it.

I'm sure if you read it back to yourself, you'll figure it out.

I gave you a chance to debate honestly, and you blew it as usual. Better luck next time, trix.

The constitution does not.

He is impeached no matter the outcome of the trial.

Did you read about the guy released after 24 years in prison, proven innocent by dna? Of course you didn't because to you that is impossible. He will forever be "convicted of murder" and that should be his permanent legacy and history. Once a person is accused of anything, it is "forever" according to you.

When you are impeached in congress it does not go away.

Like Hilary Clinton will always be under investigation for numerous crimes and always under investigation for getting Americans killed in Benghazi.

Who is Hilary Clinton? A person under investigation by the FBI for numerous crimes. Forever.

When you are impeached in congress it does not go away.

When you are falsely indicted or falsely convicted it doesn't go away.

At what point can that guy say he wasn't convicted of murder?

+1

Vindicated? Not a chance.

Everyone knows what he did.

Republicans just can't hold him accountable without losing well over half of the republican voters. They want to keep their phoney baloney jobs. Integrity and honesty be damned.

If it weren't so tragic it would be hilarious watching the antics of those defending trump. I wonder how they sleep at night.
