Americans are terrible.

It really is worrying that some people seem to think it's perfectly reasonable to get their political/news information from youtube videos.

If you forgot how to jump your car and want a visual reminder, sure. If you want cats being cute, dogs being stupid, or cats being jerks, sure. But information that's supposed to be the basis of a debate? No thanks.

It's a Trump commercial.

It's aimed right at Trump's base.

Good people do good things. Bad people do bad things.

We need a thread on this?

Is swing voter right? Did you actually cite a commercial from the biggest compulsive liar yet discovered as "proof" that "Americans are terrible"?
Went right over your head. Stand up and watch it again.

A little acknowledgement that Americans have some redeeming values is political news?

You haven’t got the chops yet for me to watch a video with no accompanying statement to foster discussion.

You mean acknowledging that Americans aren't all evil, nasty, selfish, despicable knuckle-draggers that need constant supervision from their liberal betters is a Trump base trait?

Very true if its just some random youtuber. But you can find videos from universities and other good sources. Nasa's channel for example.

But then the OP's link is to twitter of a Budweiser commercial. It was not even youtube.

Americans are not necessarily terrible people. Ignorant and arrogant, yes, but not necessarily terrible.
Since you indicate your location or political lean it's hard to take you seriously.
