A tape without context and who knows who is saying what or who he is talking to or anything else is evidence of what exactly?
trump is allowed to fire her for any reason.

prove he was. we have a half part of a conversation of someone who says it might be trump but we don't know.

Yovanovitch works on behalf of the president. She can be fired for any reason at any time for anything.
From all reports we know of she was undermining policy efforts in Ukraine. It isn't her job to do that.

not sure as Parnas couldn't fire her right? for all we know he was just standing there beside trump taping the conversation while trump talked to his staff on the phone. Parnas was trying to get dirt to save himself? how exactly did he get this "tape"?

New evidence of what? This actually supports the argument that Trump fired her because he heard she was bad mouthing him.

In a way, Trump’s “I could shoot a man on 5th avenue” statement was clever because he raised the bar for impeachable offenses to first degree murder.

Not that I’m saying Republicans would impeach him for first degree murder.

Lutsenko and Giuliani had a pretty good idea of what made Trump tick (not that it was hard to figure out): if they could spread the rumor that Yovanovitch was bad-mouthing Trump, that would be the easiest way to get Trump to fire her.

I don't either... they tend to look at everything in a bad light with Trump.. only thing I can figure is that "take her out" to them means he was asking for an assassination... which is completely unfounded and laughable.

And if Trump committed first degree murder, there was proof of it and Republicans saw that proof, the Republican position would be, “There is no proof that the President committed murder” before moving on to “The Founding Fathers did not specify murder as an impeachable offense.”
