Democrats rushed to impeach him with not enough evidence and now they want the Senate to find the evidence after the fact. This is the path Democrats chose. because the Dems did not accomodate the Repubs in the house hearing whatsoever, why should the Repubs do so in the senate in this COMPLETELY POLITICAL CIRCUS started by dems?

did SCHIFF give them the minority day they Wanted? no

so YOUR answer and their's , in the senate, of whether to allow new evidence or not, IMO is NO.

IF they went ahead with impeachment with too little evidence to convict then the fault is theirs alone.

Bolton is available and willing now?


Why not hear his direct evidence?

You do know impeach just means go to trial where more evidence can be presented.....dont you? Its just like an indictment

We just want to know what Bolton, Mulvaney, McGahn, etc... have to say.

If you are so sure there is nothing to hide, then that will really make the dems look bad. Wouldn't that be great?

What case has ever had all new evidence suppressed after the initial indictment?

You really think this sort of evidence suppression is going to look good for the GOP?

So 53 Republican senators just refused to hear evidence that could have been decisive in establishing Trump's guilt or innocence. What do they fear is there that they collectively shout La la la in lockstep?

Nobody is suppressing evidence by any court law standards.

You have to gather your own evidence unless you get a search warrant.

Conservatives don't care any more about a President abusing his power. It was apparently only bad when the black guy did it. The large white man who promised to make America white again and keep Muslims from our towns is free to do it all day long, because, well, he's God.

Of course not. We have a corrupt US senate. We knew this weeks ago, even before the trial. McConnell made it clear. But this is not about them. It's about the American public. They want to know. Why are you trying to hide the evidence from them?

Dems however will be punished for this come November.
