Looks to me that they want to cover up and protect Democrat corruption in the Ukraine. :shrug:

It is a rather recurring behavior pattern with leftists and Democrats (although I needlessly repeat myself), accusing others of what they themselves are guilty of.

That is 100% incorrect.

I expected the corrupt Republicans to do exactly what they are doing. Listening to undeniable arguments for complete and open hearing including anyone and everyone with pertinent knowledge.

The Senate Republicans have thus far voted for a cover-up, as I expected.

The world will be different in November as he American public is watching and they want an open hearing with all relevant witnesses.

The Republicans are blocking that showing the complete depth of their corruption...

Yes thanks capn obvious...and the part you guys deer in headlight over is that Dems could have went to the judicial system. They factually chose not to. Give us your best guess as to why they did that in lieu of the fact that they now claim witnesses were so important.

Agreed. Trump is obviously involved in a cover-up and, after watching the votes on the impeachment today, so is the Republican party. Sad.

They won't, not in an election year. I've little doubt that Trump will win reelection and if you thought his ego was big before, just wait. OTOH, with the election behind them and Trump, no doubt pushing the envelope of reason, decorum and sanity, in 2021, I'm curious if the Republicans will find a way to get him to resign. Afterall, another four years of Trump will totally destroy the Republican party.

Where is the whistleblower? Full disclosure friends? Where is the transcript from the Whistleblower testimony? Where is the record from he Whistleblowers contact with Adam Schiff and his staff.

Please point out in our Constitution that the judicial branch is mentioned.

They were not mentioned because they are not a part of impeachment.

The SOLE responsibility belongs to the house and Senate, with the judiciary being present as providing.

That is the judicial branches only input according to the Constitution, period!!!

The Democrats are kicking ass from all I've seen. They are again, the adults in the room. They are providing facts, reasonable thoughts and common sense. Nothing they are presenting can be honestly disputed. They are true Patriots who are working for the American people and defending our democracy and constitution. I, along with many others, appreciate all their hard work and dedication in getting to the truth in this Impeachment hearing. Currently hearing Shiff again, he speaks well and he speaks the truth.

You can not suppress evidence, and then complain the evidence is not there.

And that is exactly what is happening today.

Dems could have went to our judicial branch to try and force them to testify. They quite literally chose not to invoke the judicial branch on the executive privilage. This isn't open to debate. This is factually what happened. The question you need to answer is WHY did dems choose not to go to the judiciary which can literally force witnesses to testify if they deem it. Why?

Very, very true.

I when I was young and uneducated I only voted Republican because they supported gun and trapping rights.

Now I am still very , very supportive of those rights, and I will fight for them forever.

However I will not turn traitor and support a criminal for my beliefs.

Country comes before party no matter what!!!
