Look at a chart of our rapid population growth over the last four decades. One out of eight Americans live here for many good reasons as I'm sure you know. Although you're right about people moving out, I believe for the vast majority it's due to the high cost, not liberal politicians. You can claim the high cost is due to liberals, but our city folk disagree and there's a lot more of us.
Due to our birthrate and the lucky Americans who move here, overall it's not much of a
loss. In any case, I would wager that a decade from now we'll see an overall increase in population.
Your video points out how only a few rich families can control so much, but this is happening in every state, conservative or liberal. Money equals power everywhere. The rich are getting richer and the poor getting poorer. This is the result of
Republican policies, tax cuts for the rich and corporations, for example.
And yes everyone is allowed to dislike how any state is run and I have the right to defend what I believe is still the golden state. I guess you're right about the old love it or leave it trite, but isn't that a well worn phrase of conservatives?...
