trump is president because of Sanders, just as Nixon won in 1968 because of Eugene McCarthy.

No, Bernie would have beaten Trump. Hillary couldn’t even with Sanders doing MORE FOR HILLARY than Hillary did for Obama.
 
Bernie Sanders is the left wing version of Ron Paul. Biden, with something like 150 years in politics, probably has a track record of being on every side of every issue. He's John McCain with a D on his lapel.

Also read that Bernie was a member of a socialist party 40 years ago that supported Iran's taking of our hostages. I don't think it is really fair to attack things that happened decades ago.

I’m doing my level best to prevent it. If Biden is the nominee, it will be a razor thin election. With Bernie it would be a landslide in his favour. Bernie is basically the frontrunner now and he’s growing in strength, not waning.
