Victoria Toensing - Fox News legal expert

1. Biden pushed Obama for military and energy aid to Ukraine (with a standing army of just 8,000 members) at the time Russia invaded Crimea, effectively robbing the country of as much as 80% of it's energy resources.

2. The “environmental friendliness” of Ukraine’s available energy sources was far exceeded by the country’s urgent need to bring in much needed revenue to support fighting off an invading country.

3. Again, Biden did push Obama to provide military aid to Ukraine.

4. Hunter Biden’s obvious and wildly inappropriate high paying position as a board member of Burisma is indefensible, IMO. Having said that, you are wrong in asserting that he was “briefly” employed by the company. That is, unless you consider 5 years brief.

Hunter Biden's position with Burisma may not look good ethically but it's not illegal by any stretch of your imagination. And, by the way, he took that position a full two years after Burisma had been investigated. Shall I divert attention by pointing out the fact that Jared Kushner was handed a very important role as senior advisor to the president of the US only because he's married to Trump's daughter. Last year as 'unpaid' presidential advisers, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner earned between $82 million and $135.1 million in outside income.

Don't you think that's a far worse case of nepotism than Hunter Biden sitting on the board of Burisma? Hunter Biden is a lawyer at least, Jared was nothing more than a wealthy real estate developer.

Whoa there, friend, you are misinterpreting the intent of my post.

I’m not attacking Hunter Biden. I simply acknowledged what is obvious to most of us (you included), that Biden’s big paycheck for doing nothing reeks of special treatment by a foreign company interested in establishing/maintaining a friendly relationship with the government that his father was 2nd in command of. I neither said or implied any illegalities on the part of Hunter Biden.

And I am 100% onboard, criticizing Trump and his offspring for monetizing his presidency.

I very sincerely hope that once Trump is given the boot, Congress enacts a law that specifically prohibits any member of the president and vice president’s immediate families from having any role, paid or not, in the administration and that any business dealings involving foreign governments are required to be made public.

It happens all the time-- all the time. Men and women are given opportunities and special favors not available to people in general and all because of who they know or who they're related to. Of course it's special treatment, nobody is denying that. It's not illegal, that's my whole point.

How much money has Jared Kushner profited from his close association with Qatar? The Kushner family focused on Qatar as a potential savior for its investment even before Trump’s election. Whose money bailed out his property at 666 Fifth Avenue? In April 2017, Charles Kushner and other officials in the family real estate firm met with the Qatari finance minister, seeking an investment from Qatar’s sovereign wealth fund to bail out the troubled Fifth Avenue property. The Qataris declined.

But one year later, in 2018, Brookfield Asset Management took over the lease on that property for 99 years. But who's behind Brookfield Asset Management? You may have already guessed.

So...you want impeach Trump on a "likelihood"?

LOL!!

No, we got a ton of evidence.

But, regarding likelihood

Trump is.....

The guy that who schtupped a porn star, paid her $130,000 hush money, got his attorney jailed and threw him under the bus,
the guy that was fined $2,000,000 for charity fraud,
the guy that has helped russian mobsters launder millions for decades,
the guy that was negotiating to build a hotel in Moscow, and told the American public he had nothing going on in Russia,
the guy who admitted on Howard Stern that he likes to barge in while teens are dressing to "inspect" them during pageants,
the guy that brags about grabbing women's genitals because, as a celebrity, he can get away with it,
the guy that some 19 women have accused him of sexual misconduct,
the guy that settled $25,000,000 in a class action lawsuit for screwing thousands out of millions for a fake university,
the guy that was sued over 100 times for not paying contractors,
the guy that once tried to use eminent domain to screw a widow out of her home so he could build a limo garage,
the guy that ****ed over the good townspeople of Aberdeenshire Scotland so that he could build a golf course there,

On top of evidence of corruption, especially given the above facts, I'd say the likelihood that Trump is corrupt is 100%

Imagine if Obama had done those things? They'd be marching on washington with pitch forks and tiki torches.

I'd say republicans, on the whole, are total hypocrites.

Yeah, I know, your argument there is hypocrisy on both sides.

Well, maybe, but when it comes to hypocrisy, you guys win that pissing contest by a long shot ( 'scuse the pun).

A lot of attention is being focused on the interview of Lev Parnas and his contention that everyone was 'in the loop' including Pence and Barr. There's many others who knew what was going on including Fox's Victoria Toensing.

Victoria Toensing, wife to Fox legal opinion commentator Joe diGenova, is another person neck deep who's involved and knows a whole lot. I would be interested to see her called as a witness.

Rudy Giuliani sent a letter to Zelensky in which he request a meeting and specifically mentions that VictoriToensing will be accompanying him.

Excerpt:

Screenshot-2020-01-16-Giuliani-letter-among-new-documents-disclo.png

In response, Victoria Toensing's law firm has put out a statement;

Victoria Toensing Law Firm Says They Had No Knowledge of Rudy Letter to Zelensky
Mark Corallo, a spokesperson for the law firm that Toensing helms with her husband, told The Daily Beast that no one at the firm had any knowledge of the letter. Corallo said the firm also had no knowledge of Giuliani’s outreach to Zelensky’s administration. Giuliani, meanwhile, has said last May that Toensing would be in Ukraine with him, as The New York Times reported. And Toensing has been open about efforts to find information in Ukraine related to a Biden-linked energy company

She is as ignorant and crooked at his moron husband.

Joe, Vick and Rudy are swimming in this **** to their eyeballs.

You tell me, who in the US government investigates a US citizen? Here's the short answer, the US government, aka the DOJ

What does that have to do with the topic at hand?

The crime was committed by a US Diplomat on foreign soil. Are you seriously asserting that the US has sovereignty over the country of Ukraine?

I thought asserting that was Biden's job...

What in the hell are you even talking about? Who committed a crime other than Trump?

If we are talking about bribing a foreign country's people to do the will of our White House staff member, then that person was Biden.

In the example presented against Trump, there was no quid pro quo offer made, none accepted, no action taken by Ukraine and no consideration paid by the US as a result of that action that never happened in the first place.

In the example involving Biden, ALL of these components were present: Demand- Offer- Acceptance- Consideration.

If you are asserting that bribing the guys in Ukraine is a crime, THEN Biden's actions as described by Biden are the crime(s) you are talking about.

Biden did it. Trump did not.

Give me a link that proves your baseless allegations and I will gladly refute that allegation. Trump is on trial here, not Biden.

Since there is no evidence that Trump did what the idiot Democrat-Socialists assert, there is no evidence either pro or con. Sorry.

When there is no evidence, there is no evidence.

Trump committed no crime and, as a result of no crime having been committed, there is no evidence. It is up to you to present evidence of that.

Regarding Biden:

YouTube

The video here shows him describing how he bribed the Ukrainian to do his bidding AND that Obama authorized the transaction. He then goes on to say that the Ukrainian did his bidding to get cash.

Offer, acceptance and consideration. Those are the three components of a quid pro quo. That is what Biden confessed to and what he implicated Obama in.

Here, two hours and twenty minutes worth of evidence. Video, testimony, emails, whatsap, etc. ALL evidence of Trump's crimes. 'get over it'.

Biden did not 'bribe' anyone. Get over that too.

Are you really Adam Schiff?

You talk about the evidence you have and then never, NEVER present it.

What's wrong with you guys?
