The Lev documents connecting all the dots from Rudy and Lev to the recall of Yovanovich as a means to acquiesce to Prosecutor Lutsenko's demands to have her recalled in trade for dirt on the Bidens and there is a clear path that directly leads back to Trump. Lutsenko text messages with Trump operatives clearly now tell us the game that was afoot. Of course months ago Lutsenko claimed that he never really had the goods on the Bidens. But nobody cared. Lev didn't care. Trump didn't care. Rudy didn't care. As has been pointed out several times now and corroborated, the trade from Lutsenko's side was never an actual investigation into the Bidens but an "announcement of an Investigation" and that theme was continued into the Zalinsky term in Ukraine.

Then that Rudy letter to Zalensky is a kill shot as it connects the last dot to Trump himself.

The problem for the GOP and Trump is that they just have not been able to stop the flow of evidence and their inherent ability to step on their own dicks if somebody starts to throw some money at them or a chance at some political leverage whether real or imagined has been once again exposed.

The truth has always been right in front of your nose. You just don't like it.

Trump told Zelenski to investigate Biden. He admitted it. Why, because he can. Biden doesn't get immunity just because he is running in a primary.

Democrats tried twisting it into meddling in an election with someone who isn't even running against Trump and isn't even guaranteed he will.

Trump told his staff not to submit to any Congressional subpoenas. He admitted it. Why, because he can. The OLC and the DOJ says he can.

Democrat charge him with obstruction of Congress.

So now you have Democrats ONLY voting and providing articles of impeachment.

McConnell (who is in charge of the Senate) tells Pelosi he has the votes and will use the very same procedures Democrat unanimously voted for in 1997.

Pelosi doesn't like that because she can't bring in her hearsay witnesses. So now she wants to call people who haven't testified.

My question is, TO WHAT.

They have two charges for consideration. Obstruction of Congress and abuse of power for asking Zelenski to investigate Biden.

Trump has admitted to both stating it is within the powers of his office to do both.

Since Trump has admitted to both claims, what is it you need all these witnesses to testify to exactly. You only have two charges.

And now we understand another piece to Pelosi's delay in releasing the Articles.

Lev and his attorney needed time to get all the documents back out of SDNY and collate them for release to the House. The House had to have those docs in hand BEFORE formally sending the Articles to the Bar of the Senate in order for them to be included in the evidence stream that followed the Articles.

How did that taste Moscow Mitch?

THis is the same problem you have with the articles. Democrats make up these theories in their heads and think they have some kind of power of perception when all they actually have is just more infantile accusations.

And all of a sudden it becomes unconditional verified documented historical evidence.

But after the Kavanaugh hearings, the Mueller report, and dozens of fake claims we all learned it was really nothing but a child's imagination.

But thats what I love abut Democrats. They can talk themselves into anything.

First of ALL none of Fords accusations were ever proved false. BUT, I never brought up any of "her" testimony, my argument was and is that Kavanaugh's meltdown during his Senate testimony showed him up for what he is; Biased, Temperamental, undisciplined and in the end UNFIT to be a Supreme Court Justice.

My feelings are fine thanks, I document almost everything I post, especially when responding to you, I don't "cry" about anything, I just point out (rather consistently) that when you have not argument (which is about every post) that you resort to personal attacks; like you have here.

Get real. There is no need to go after Trump.

Consider: 1- he placed ads in New York papers with lynch mob language. When they got a settlement after 40 total years in prison, Trump couldn’t bring himself to apologize for his role. 2- Trump University, paid out millions to settle 3- Trump Foundation, shut down for self dealing. 4- Referred to migrants as rapists, offering no proof. 5- Spread phony info on black on white homicide 5- Insulted women’s looks; bragged about sexual assaults 6- Lied about his electoral college victory, easily checked, just another of his thousands of documented lies 7- Appears before the UN and is laughed at after his first sentence of two. 8- Lied about refugees and asylum seekers 9- Suggested that the US military commit war crimes, pardoned some who did. Invited one offender to celebrate the holidays, ignored his comrades who reported him

The pattern is as follows: a-Trump does or says something awful. b- media reports it. c- Trump denounces the media. Wash-rinse-repeat.
