Killing Solemani at this time served a dual purpose. The first was to change the news from the emails showing Trump was totally involved in the Ukraine deal. Now though the true wag the dog has begum. Both Trump and at least one of his advisors are saying he can not be impeached right now as he is too involved in a war with Iran.

Lets see, wag the dog means starting a war to change the subject and give cover for a politico. Trump starts a war to change the subject from the emails and then say he should not be impeached as he is fighting a war. Seems wag the dog fits what is happening EXACTLY!!!!!!!

What's with this "prove Trump was involved with the Ukraine deal"? I mean, isn't that what he was impeached for? The emails don't show anything not already in the record.

As far as Iran goes, why would that possibly stop the Senate from voting on the articles the House already approved? If one of his advisors says he can't be impeached that's a little on the lunatic side since he was already impeached. All that has to happen now is that the Democrats need to prove their case in the Senate.

However, since we're wallowing around in Conspiracyville with this thread, maybe Pelosi and Schiff arranged this whole Soleimani deal to distract from their completely garbage case which, apparently, they aren't even willing to take to trial.

Looks like Trump wants to remain in Iraq, regardless of what the Iraqi government wants:


Iraqi Prime Minister Adil Abdul-Mahdi told parliament that Iraq was grateful for the assistance the U.S. has provided in fighting ISIS, but he is now recommending that the 5,200 U.S. troops stationed there permanently leave the country.

Trump said if the U.S. were forced to leave Iraq, it would not be on "friendly" terms. Speaking aboard Air Force One, he said: "If they do ask us to leave, if we don't do it in a very friendly basis, we will charge them sanctions like they've never seen before ever. It'll make Iranian sanctions look somewhat tame."

"If there's any hostility, that they do anything we think is inappropriate, we are going to put sanctions on Iraq, very big sanctions on Iraq." the president added.

Has the Iraqi PM officially told the US yet to leave? I haven't seen any notice or "proclamation" so far. Have you?

I have read the Quran from start to finish, anyone who has read it knows what a ticking time bomb the middle east is. If you take literally what the Quran says as fundamental extremist terrorist groups do, it essentially is calling for the death of all Christians, Jews, and non believers in the Islam faith. Non believers convert by the sword or die by the sword. This Solemani guy was 1,000x worse then any US serial killer including Charles Mason. He was considered the brains behind many of the terrorist attacks. This guy was a really bad dude that the world is a much better place now that he has been killed. To say he should not of been killed is crazy! Of course we should of taken him out when we had a chance, and we did !

Iran was just a ticking time bomb, it was just a matter of time.

How did it change the news? MSNBC was still talking about impeachment when I was listening this afternoon. Or are you saying the media is too dumb to talk about two topics at the same time?

Doesn’t really matter what Trump says about impeachment. He’s already been impeached and the process is out of his hands.

That is what I actually like about Trump cultists, they stick to their guns. I believe that even if Trump said I am guilty, which those emails essentially say, you would give him a pass. As I have said in the past, PITIFUL.

It is no surprise the liberals and other whacked out Democrats have lost what is left of their minds after years of drug abuse.
