Impeachment is not a criminal trial, so if he is guilty of it as the democrats and those of you on the left claim, then why isn't it included in the articles of impeachment? I thought it was a slam dunk?

Also, all we heard from democrats and folks like yourself during the entire time the Nadler and Schiff shows were going on, was Trump was guilty of "bribery" (aka quid pro quo), so why wasn't that one of the articles of impeachment? You can include "extortion" in that last question also...

Also Trump said that Obama was effectively not eligible to be President b/c of his skin color and where Trump claimed he was from.

Also GOP hated Hillary with a passion and tried to impeach her before she even won anything with the Benghazi crap, health scare crap, and wild BS Conspiracy theories.

Need I go on? Compared to those two, Trump has had it easy.

Wed, July 18, 2018. The Pentagon announced that the U.S. had released $200 million in security assistance to Ukraine. The release of the military aid had already been confirmed Friday, July 13th in a statement posted by the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington.

Why wasn't an investigation of the Biden's, Burisma or CrowdStrike asked of Ukraine as a "favor to us" in 2018? Why in 2018, was there no urgent need of Trump or Rudy Giuliani to ask Petro Poroshenko to 'clean up corruption' in Ukraine? There was no hold up of military aid in 2018 in order to "ask a favor though", none at all. Wasn't Trump concerned about Joe Biden and his "corruption" in 2018?

I really wish someone could come up with a logical answer to this question. I thought maybe you could?

The actual crimes that fall under current statutes,will be addressed with criminal charges when he leaves office.

The extortion,bribery etc all fall under the abuse of power blanket charge.

There are just so many high crimes and misdemeanors if they were charged individually it would take months just for the votes

No need to explain... I've always known that the left's stand against bigotry, misogyny, racism, homophobia, xenophobia, Islamophobia, etc... only applies to those who embrace their far left, progressive ideology.

If the person is gay and conservative, you call them a queen... If they're black and a conservative, you call them an uncle Tom... Women who are conservative you call bimbos, tarts, bitches, etc...

Abuse of power covers all of it. The bribery, the extortion, the seeking of foreign help in his reelection and the coverup. You should know all of these by heart now. But did you note that Trump is STILL doing it? His personal Ukrainian goon is still pursuing bribery and or extortion of foreign entities all over Europe. He's making a report for Trump but it is delayed since neither the DOJ or the Trumpist Senators will touch it. It's that BAD. Trump said today that knew nothing about it.

These are the first articles of impeachment in American history that don't include a crime in them. There's a reason for that... A very logical one.

In spite of all the democrat's blather in front of the microphones and during media interviews about bribery, obstruction of justice and so on... the reality is, they don't have one shred of tangible evidence that Trump committed any of the crimes they've been accusing him of for nearly 3 years now. You know it, I know it, democrats know it, republicans know it, and the American people know it... The jug is up man... time to embrace some reality.

How could Trump not know if Giuliani is still his attorney? He's the most powerful man in the world. If he doesn't know, who the **** does? Apparently, G made the call responding 'yes' to reporters. But I don't think it's his decision to make. So bizarre.

What would you have him do in this circumstance? Give up and surrender to Russia? Or do you think he would do and say whatever Trump wanted to hear so he would not be left defenseless against Russian tanks?
He was also ready to go ahead with the "favor" Trump asked of him too. It's a matter of life and death to have the full backing of the U.S.
