Surprise New Leader In Recent Iowa Poll

The only ones who are gone are the GOP who are literally owned by a Reality T.V. Star. But sure Vance, keep yelling at your computer screen if it makes you feel better.
:lamo

Sad...you cant even see yourselves.

Not hard to under stand. The rat party was in the bag for Hillary...so much so that they literally conspired with her to defeat Bernie Sanders. Get it?>They ****ed over their own...what chance do you think Trump would have had.

trump is an opportunist. He ran the campaign he ran knowing it would win the election. The ONLY positive thing you can say about any of this is that throughout his election to today he has at least been trying to bring jobs back to the US...and the rats have fought him at every step. He has TRIED to improve border security by using the same rhetoric...hell the same SPEECHES Obama and Clinton used...and the same rats that previously voted FOR border security **** themselves over the same policies they previously supported. He has TRIED to tackle the unfair trade practices the US has let China get away with for many decades...and the idiot left has fought him at every turn. He has TRIED to broker a peace deal in North Korea...and the idiot left has fought him on that as well...PRAYING for his failure at the expense of the good of the country. Since before he was even inaugurated he tied bringing in leaders of the black American communities to see how things could be improved...only to have those leaders attacked by the left.

Meanwhile...you still sit there roiling in hatred. As bad as this last 3 years for you has been, I honestly worry for your wellness in 2020. If Trump wins again in November...seriously...I worry for you.

Yawn, same old tired song and dance. Don't you ever get tired of repeating talking points fed to you by your leaders Vance?

Yet here we are with Trump and he is blowing other people's money giving it to the wealthy....and here we are in a "hot" economy running deficits and debt like it's a recession. Do you have a clue yet to what is going on?

I think you lack the capacity to understand the difference between letting people keep more of their own wealth and giving them your pennies.

The leader of the GOP is a corrupt Reality T.V. Star who probably can't even spell the word "conservative". Let that sink in for a minute.

Sad. Typical.

buh bye.

Hillary, though a bad candidate for sure, would have won easily in 2008. While she did run a bad campaign, she also had party fatigue against her as well. The fact that it was as close as it was despite a Democrat being president for 8 years speaks volumes to how bad of a candidate Trump was. A more normal Republican like Kasich would have done a lot better.

Good points.

Usually when someone is saying "This is everyone's fault but mine", it's really that person's fault.
Trump is a douchebag...but the insane hatred of the left has nothing to do with that. You know that.

This is true. There are more reasons to oppose Trump than can be counted, but his party affiliation only really matters to people who simply oppose the GOP anyway. Most of the rest of us just think he's better suited for a zoo cage than the WH because he acts like an undomesticated animal.

Well, I personally disagree with much of the current Republican agenda. While I have always disliked Trump, even back when he was a Democrat and was calling for Bush to be impeached, I kinda had a small glimmer of hope that maybe, just maybe, he would govern more like a centrist, and NOT push the standard Republican agenda. Of course, the results are that he can't govern at all, and that he's a literal embarrassment to the entire country, and if anything the Democrats should be VERY thankful that the idiot decided to run as a Republican instead of a Democrat. I guarantee once Trump is gone from office, most of his voters, and the entire GOP, will literally pretend they never supported him in the first place. History repeats itself.

Who is going to help pay off the debt you or someone else?
They can't get my pennies and have not been able to for many years.

Nor does that have anything to do with the fact that normally a President with this economy would be untouchable, but Trump is vulnerable. Your argument is that it's everybody else's fault that Trump is vulnerable. I maintain it's Trump's fault that he is vulnerable. You're using the Hillary excuse, when she went on her whaaaambulance tour blaming everyone else for her loss. She did a crap job, she lost. Trump is doing a crap job, he's numbers aren't as strong as a better Presidents with the same economy.

True. Everything she said sounded scripted. To be fair, a male candidate wouldn't have been ripped as much for that, but it helped Gore lose the presidency, too. Well, the EC, at least.

Hillary would have been a fine candidate and a great President in any other context, but her personality was completely unsuited for handling a populist grievance.

There's no doubt. No one in politics has done any "evolving" in the last 3 years. Republicans didn't like Trump then and they don't like him now. He just won the public opinion battle among "conservatives", so the GOP folded. The lesson is that they don't actually stand for anything. In a more natural state, I think the party wants to default to something more like what it was than what it is.

Oh boy. The bigotry on the left is incredible.

LMAO by definition there was factually ZERO bigotry in that post
disagree? factually prove otherwise, you wont cause you cant

By definition it was a perfect example of bigotry, and I should add, racism.

Trump gave them tax cuts and the "conservative judges" they wanted, plus they LOATHE Democrats. For that alone, the GOP will have his back. However, yes, they undoubtedly would much rather prefer a president Jeb Bush, Rubio, Pence, or even Cruz (who they don't really like either) over Trump.

Assuming someone will act in a certain manner, or do some particular thing...just because of their skin color....

Is what, again? There's a word to describe that. What was the word?

Who said that someone will act in a certain mannor? White rural voters tend to lean towards Trump, therefor it's not a surprise that an area chock full of white rural voters is slightly leaning towards trump. Calling this bigoted is silly.

Black people can be, and many are, racists.

There. You're a bigot by your own standard. How dare you suggest that many of a certain group are a certain thing!

I'm shocked that Trump has small leads in a rural state made up of 91% white people that he won by 10% 3 years ago.

that's funny.

Among Democrats, you're probably mostly right. Partisanship is a real bitch and it infects Democrats as ruthlessly as it attacks Republicans. But not all people who oppose Trump are anti-Republican.
No. There are a fair number of people form even the GOP that completely lost their sad pathetic little minds as well. All you have to do is watch them regurgitate the same proven lies over and over in thread after thread even after having those lies soundly refuted in previous threads, to recognize them and see them as the sad pathetic ****s that they are.

Look...there is a difference between not liking a president, even opposing their policies and then hating him blindly. I supported Obama as commander in chief but saw him as a very weak leader and someone that completely lacked integrity with his military positions. He ran on a platform in opposition to the Bush administration, and then damned if he didnt not only continue those practices...he escalated them. SO OK..admit you ****ed up...you were wrong, and the practices are the right thing to do. His economic policies were dismal. His investment in green energy programs were nothing more than a political payoff to party contributors. His foreign policy was weak beyond words. For all the **** the leftists talk about Trump and Putin, Obama was Putins butt boy. It was embarrassing. Obama endorsed the selling of North American uranium to Russian countries...that isnt smart. Obama dug us deeper in debt to the Chinese while ignoring the Chinese trade practices.

But Obama wasnt Satan. He made bad choices, but really...he just made democrat choices. You can disagree with the directions people want to take the country...thats why we have elections. Yu can disagree with democrats and not hate them. You can disagree with republicans, and not hate them. Hell, I lefty the GOP because of Bush...but I dont hate the guy.

This thing with Trump...for leftists? Thats just sheer hatred.

No, it wasn't. You still haven't looked up bigotry yet? It includes intolerance. The poster wasn't expressing intolerance. He reported a statistic about IA's ethnic makeup.

Donald J Trump!

The first bankruptcy associated with Trump was perhaps the most significant in terms of his personal finances, according to news reports at the time. He funded the construction of the $1 billion Trump Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City, which opened in 1990. By 1991, the casino was nearly $3 billion in debt, while Trump had racked up nearly $900 million in personal liabilities, so the business decided to file for Chapter 11 reorganization, according to the New York Times. As a result, Trump gave up half his personal stake in the casino and sold his yacht and airline, according to the Washington Post!

Wouldn't we all?
