Yes it does. This isn't legally assault or sexual battery. It meets the test for neither. That's not to say you couldn't get a leftwing activist judge who wouldn't break the law to convict this poor man. I truly feel bad for him. He is the victim here.

Interesting how you excuse Tommy Callaway's being caught up in the moment yet would deny the woman her moment.

You don't have a hundred million dollars, but why don't you try grabbing a stranger's ass on camera and see how much money that you do have is left.

It's funny how leftwingers somehow make ME into Tommy Calloway. I've already stated, I wouldn't have done what he did. I'm not a backslapping kind of guy. I don't touch people.

Again, the most this warrants is an apology. A Christian girl would accept it and move on. A leftwing gold digger would milk it for everything it's worth, and try to ruin a good man's life in the process.

Trump ADMITTED in court to misusing (stealing), charity donations from his 'foundation' to use for campaign funds, an act which the court stated "showed a shocking pattern of illegality". Is this person the worst person in the world? Absolutely not. But fact is, he was absolutely wrong for what he did to the news lady, regardless of how inconsequential it might've seemed to some with their eyes superglued shut to reality. This is really a symptom of a larger problem.

I have never defended the gay priests who have molested boys. They have been drummed out of the priesthood, and I'm glad of it. You're the one who is silent about atheist government schools which have a molestation epidemic that's growing worse. You don't comment because you don't really care about this issue.
