The butt whacker turns out to be a youth minister and scout leader

Not pointing fingers to anyone here, but the most misogynistic group in the United States today are Incels. As the linked paper below states, "incels think feminism and women’s sexual liberation is a net negative because women are not choosing to have sex with them. Ideally, incels would be able to have access to women’s bodies whenever without any backlash—or input from women." This ideology is consistent from what others have posted on this forum. Simple Battery:
(1) Intentionally making physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature with the person of
another;

Battery is illegal in Georgia too.

Actually it would be sexual battery under Georgia law.
Sexual battery occurs when a person “intentionally makes physical contact with the intimate parts of the body of another person without the consent of that person.” The Code defines “intimate parts” as the “primary genital area, anus, groin, inner thighs, or buttocks of a male or female and the breasts of a female.” Enhanced penalties for sexual battery against a person under 16 years old.

Agreed. It’s been my lifetime experience that unreasonable people cannot be reasoned with. An Incel qualifies as one of those people.

Those of you who are blaming the victim seriously need to do some self-assessment. If you're just showing off for your internet tough-guy buddies, at least own it; but don't pretend that it's okay for any man to run at and slap the ass of any woman they choose without legal consequence. That's flat-out despicable.

I responded to someone who made it political but you ignore that person and try to put me on the spot.

Luckily for me, I remember our last encounter. So even if you hadn't made the mistake of acting like I was the one who turned the subject political when I know you saw the post I was replying to, I still wouldn't be playing with you.

Except above someone gave how under Georgian law this would qualify as sexual battery regardless of his intent.

That wasn't assault. That was battery.....

In criminal law, this is a physical act that results in harmful or offensive contact with another person without that person's consent.

In tort law, the intentional causation of harmful or offensive contact with another's person without that person's consent.
