Joe Biden, if he wins the democratic nomination for president of the United States, and beats Donald J. Trump for the President of the United States -- he may serve only one term in office and pledge to do so.

I thought that was a possibility for him to do if he were to win the general election against Donald J. Trump for president due to his age, but was dissatisfied by that prospect since I believed the country doesn't need another whirlwind election 4 years after that one which would be in 2020.

We need stability and at least two full terms of quality and respected leadership in office.

We don't need 3 whirlwind, climatic, and nationally devastative elections back to back -- with those elections being in 2016, 2020, and 2024. in my opinion, that's how I see it.

What do you think of Joe Biden potentially doing the mentioned? Staying one term in office? Two terms? Retiring due to age like I thought he possibly would do? Just because?

Any other reason? Would you support him serving one term as President? Two terms? Any terms?

Yes, a President Biden would serve only one term.

During those four years, I am afraid that President Biden will continue to show that he is not up to the rigors of the job.

Besides, I expect him to be something like a king, trying to unify the nation after the preceding four bruising years.

No doubt his liberal vice president and his liberal cabinet will actually run the country. And one of them will be his successor.

All that really matters is that we can finally get down to the issues of low flow terlits....

It’s a clown show with the guy! Why do you want someone who has trouble with memory? What would happen when he is with a foreign leader and he forgot his name or whatever! It’s okay Joey it’s normal? Geez I honestly thought George w. Bush was a idiot but hello

Quid Pro Joe should be so lucky - Duvall Patrick will be the Democratic Nominee - Because he will not likely be on the debate stage.

I'm no Biden fan, but the fact remains he has been the top runner in the campaign all along. I would prefer someone younger, but maybe he's the guy who is going to help unify the country after the Trump disaster.

And then step down so the younger ones can take over.

Trump is more likely to get reelected than not and 2024 maybe your best shot.

If Trump is the nominee bring it on, Trump will destroy him in the debates. Senile idiot.

Why do you think Trump will be elected again? His approval ratings have always been low, he is divisive as hell, he only has his base of followers...has never reached out to anyone else thus alienating the rest of us, not to mention that people are just plain tired of all the drama.

In spite of enjoying a good economy at the moment, Trump is not worth keeping because the price is much too high to pay. People are just plain tired and want some sanity back in the nation.

One term would certainly be an improvement, but still 4 years too long.

Because liberals wanted him impeached since day one and a lot of people are sick of it.

Booty's the nominee, but Biden's bus and the Democrat Party have one thing in common:

The wheels on both their busses are coming off...

What topic do you think Donald Trump could meaningfully discuss on the merits for more than like 2 minutes? I'm talking about actual policy positions and not him making up childish nicknames for people, calling facts he doesn't like "fake", and generally behaving like a complete shmuck.

I really wish the dems in the house would all just drop dead literally. They are disgusting people, they make Hitler look like a saint.

If anyone wanted Trump impeached from day one, it's because a large percentage of people saw him for what he was, way before he entered the political arena.

Trump is a con man and he has defrauded many people over the years. He doesn't pay up when he has work done for him. He stiffs a lot of folks. He's just a BS artist. A big bully. A misogynist. And more.

The ones who voted for him had their own reasons, and I hope they are enjoying the show.

But those of us who saw him for the creep that he really is aren't surprised that Trump is being impeached as I write this. No surprise at all. He got himself into the mess he's in because he's a rotten person.

(Sorry for being off topic.)

No just crazy lunatics like Maxine Waters and AOC.

Trump would probably run again in 2024.

I think a single-term is just fine. Currently he is most likely of the candidates to beat Trump. That guy has got to go. He's destroying the moral fabric of our country. Besides being a continually-lying SOB, he is skyrocketing our deficit. Oh - you didn't know? FOX News stopped talking about deficits?

Here's hoping he survives that long with the way things are going. I'd rather he just go home and live out the rest of his days in peace.

He's about the same age as Trump, who appears to be in much worse health.

Severe memory lapses, sundowing, slurring speech, hemorrhages. The moment he starts coughing up crap on stage, or passing out while standing in the open. The people should just come together and tell him to hang it up.

Even if he makes it to being president, he'll never survive the first term.

If you put Trump and Biden both in front of a doctor or Registered Dietician, they would say Biden is in better health.

Trumps is mentally ill, becoming increasingly narcissisistic every day.

Narcissism is not a sign of mental illness.

While Biden's eye began bleeding when he was in a resting position...

...I'll take the narcissist in this case.

If that was the case that is a sign of some serious health issues.
