Now, as soon as CNN, WaPo, the NYT, and other major media outlets disseminating dis- and misinformation admit to doing the same...maybe that will result in a positive change in the MSM.

It would be nice to get real news, as opposed to commentary, opinion, and rumors being passed off as news. :coffeepap:

You say "actual media" like that is some proof of fair and balanced reporting?

Hmm, well I agree that Alex Jones et al. are extreme conspiracy theorists. I simply recognize CNN, WaPo, the NYT, and most other MSM agencies as Left wing propaganda/conspiracy sources. :shrug:

Of course you do. You want editorializing that fixes facts around what you want to believe. You want commentary, opinion, and rumors being passed off as news so long as it makes you feel good.

Sure, as soon as you admit to doing the same as Jeffrey Epstein. Because we're just making up libel that people who don't do thing, do. The MSM has flaws. It can't be compared to the above honestly, which leaves you.

Give three "left wing... conspiracy" incidents you can prove false from CNN, WaPo, NYT, with quotes, not your version. There's one conspiracy theory you can prove the NYT got wrong - but it was the WMD conspiracy theory from the Bush administration, so not left-wing.

Not really.

We have the evidence of CNN's President declaring his bias out of his own mouth via published recordings. We have evidence of the clear bias from all the mis- and disinformation efforts of WaPo and the NYT.

We have media records of pundits from the MSM parroting the same "key words" (bombshell, tipping point, beginning of the end, walls closing in, etc.) month after month, year after year since 2016.

What more proof do you need? :coffeepap:

I discovered Jones and was a loyal listener for about a year, way back around 2002.
Afterwards, wifey informed me that when I decided to stop listening, she breathed a sigh of relief.
She had been planning to leave me.
She's smarter than I am.

I keep seeing this "demand" time and again from people with your viewpoint.

I am not a "prolific poster," but when I respond to specific issues I often post links to law, testimony, videos showing counter-information, even citations to the articles cited in an OP themselves.

I have provided reams of "proof." In this thread I have offered my opinion based on that post history. Take it or leave it, makes no never-mind. :shrug:

You're right. Imagine a southern white crowd in 1860, and someone telling them terrible lies about black people. Do you think they care that it's what they want to hear, or that it's not true? Would they welcome someone interrupting and saying "wait, none of that is true, and here's proof"? It's a transaction with two willing sides, a seller and a buyer, and truth isn't much valued.
 
In the 1930's corporations in the US invested 3 million dollars to start research on how they could control and manipulate consumers, the first drug created was truth serum in the 1940's and then LSD in the 1950's along with subliminal messages in the media. Today what you are seeing is the media is controlled by corporations that are still feeding us lies and disinformation to control our actions and thoughts. Do like I did ignore them all. I was once a radio/tv/film major in college and was appalled at having to use manipulation to entertain the masses and withdrew from the art of rhetoric.
