Rosenberg is wrong.
Trump has the right of executive privilege. If Congress wishes to dispute it, they can go to court to dispute it.
Turley is pointing out that Congress isn't doing so which means people who might have relevant information for the inquiry are not being heard out.
Instead, Congress is muttering about issuing obstruction claims in response.
Turley is arguing setting such precedents is disastrous for future presidents.

Im pretty sure i understand what your talking about. Even if i dont it really does not matter. You made clear what the standard is going forward. We treat people we disagree with as enemies and its a win at all costs mentality. Anything one side does to crush the other side is acceptable

yep volker morrison etc .. were very clear that there was no quid pro quo.
it doestn' matter if zelensky is a foreign leader he is a witness to the phone call since he was on it.
he has claimed no quid pro quo.

so i ask again i am not sure what part of that testimony you didn't understand. what about we have no evidence of quid pro quo

Disagreed on your assessments and thanks for dodging the fact Trump has forbid key officials to testify. Obviously if there was nothing to hide, Trump would have ordered Pompeo, Bolton and Rudy to be the first ones to testify about what happened.
