It is tyranny to say it is illegal to "Assembles with one or more persons with the intent of intimidating any person or group of persons by drilling, parading, or marching with any firearm, any explosive or incendiary device, or any components or combination thereof."? That is an odd definition of tyranny...

This bill prohibits self-defense training, not just firearms training, but martial arts as well.

So firearm instruction will be classified as being unlawful paramilitary activity, punishable as a Class 5 felony?

Well, we know one thing the SCOTUS will likely be ruling on.

And you're right. Totalitarian Fascism is the foundation of the New Democratic Party. They are no longer trying to hide their objectives.

Any self-defense training will be a Class 5 felony: karate, jujitsu, tai-kwondo, etc.

A father can teach his kid how to shoot, not even for hunting.

Not according to the text posted by Redress

If in a private building and engaging in self defense training or shooting firearms, their is no evident intention to intimidate.

If gathering outside the home of a person with weapons as a "form of protest" the intent is to intimidate is potentially their and could be subject to this law

You omitted that part of the same sentence in the law following the prohibition of self-defense training that reads the prohibition is when the teacher "knowing or having reason to know or intending that such training will be employed for use in, or in furtherance of, a civil disorder; or..."

The same dang sentence. In the law. When you leave out such, it's called lying by omission. Such profound prevarication.

Prove that the teacher has "reason to know". That leaves the law wide open to interpretation.

There's already a law against that: criminal trespass.

But, show us the text of the law that supports your opinion. I didn't see anything anything that diferrentiated private property from public property.

The bill will make illegal organising to riot with fire arms and explosives. Or intimidate with those.

It will not even make illegal organising to riot with spears or swords.

Drilling Parading or marching with fire arms or explosives.

You can't chop out half of the sentence without it being called a lie. Which it is.
