Will SCOTUS agree with Trump on total immunity?

How ignorant does one have to be to not grasp the details/limitations of congressional oversight?

How pathetic to try and imply that the current investigations/hearings are going past some magical limitations that you cannot cite.

How sad. Do you ever make a positive contribution to the forum? Or do you stick to your pre-pubescent neener-neener technique?

Of course. It just upsets you when I point out your rank dishonesty and mischaracterizations in regards to the impeachment investigations and hearings.

Don't like it? Stop lying about them or at least back up one of your pathetic claims, for once, with something other than frothy RW conspiracy garbage.

You made a claim. Stick to it. History is always relevant. Just like it's relevant how we kicked the **** out of the Brits in the Revolutionary War.

No, that was the French who did the 'kicking'. Without the money, guns, ships, troops and French leadership Franklin went to France begging for, you would have been toast. Thank France.

Why is that? We have video evidence of Biden bragging about shutting down an investigation in a foreign country; we have Hunter Biden receiving a lucrative do-nothing job for a suspicious foreign company IN THE SAME COUNTRY Papa Joe coerced. We have Hunter admitting he got the job BECAUSE of his dad.

If you guys want to impeach Trump for asks for a favor then investigating the Bidens is a slam dunk; rod and reel not required.
We have evidence that Biden bragged about doing something for a very open and internationally supported reason, ousting a Prosecutor General who was purported to be corrupt by his country's own corruption board. Even Republican Senators at the time supported that action. You need evidence that he was doing it for his son. You don't have that.

He did not brag about shutting down an investigation. He bragged about getting a corrupt PG fired. Who others within the Ukraine Prosecutors office said was not investigating Burisma. There is no evidence that the Burisma investigation was moving at all when Joe Biden worked to get Shokin fired. It may have started up again during the interim between the push and the actual firing, since Shokin could have seen that as his chance to try to dig up dirt on the son of the man pushing hard and who likely would get him fired.

That's been pointed out time and time again to him and other twump sycophants at this board and they simply refuse to accept reality.

They cling to a fantasy narrative and conspiracy theories because to let them go and embrace reality would require them admitting that they were wrong.

That will never happen.

Even coversations about covert military operations?
There are plenty of people who should be able to confront any President on such things. What if one of those was against an innocent American citizen? How would we get evidence for that if a President was able to keep those conversations completely secret, no matter what?

LOL, sure, you have what the DMC wanted you to hear. And how can we get that evidence without an investigation? Ask the NYT or WaPo?

Sure, that's the party line, Almighty Joe wreaking havoc and cleaning up Ukraine with one hand tied behind his back. Forget his son holding a no-show job earning more in a month than many Americans earn in YEAR with a company with a, to put it mildly, shaky reputation. And Hunter even admits he got the job because of his last name. Yeah, right, we should move on - nothing to see here.

I don't believe SCROTUS will uphold trump's argument. The problem is - their decision will come right before the election which means trump's criminality will be on full display just prior to when people vote.

Not a problem for me. Sounds like something Comey did to HRC a few days before the election. What comes around goes around.

IF they do they should schedule his coronation while they're at it. That's what this presidency has become; do we have a Presidential leader that is subject to the laws of our nation? Or a King who's subjects submit to his laws. Does he uphold OUR Constitution or does he hold himself up as the ultimate law of the land?

And you are making assumptions with no evidence about Hunter and Joe Biden, the very thing yall complain Dems do.

There are plenty of news articles from all over the world, including the Ukraine supporting my assertions along with both Prosecutor Generals after Shokin confirming neither Biden was ever under investigation.

Also, as a Board of Director member, he wouldn't have to physically be present to actually do the job. It is also not illegal to get a job based off your last name or who your parents are, if it were, Donald Trump and all his children would be guilty. It also isnt completely unheard of for people to make $600K a year, even for being on a board of director. In fact, in 2011, Occidental Petroleum paid its Board members an average salary of $645k, each, Salesforce.com paid theirs $690k, Amazon paid theirs $898k, and Hewlett-Packard paid $941k. Each of these companies (and several others), in 2011 were paying their Board members more than what Hunter Biden got paid.

Like when Obama droned a U.S. citizen?

Yes. Should be confronted. Should have people questioning why. Investigating. Investigation doesnt mean guilt, but can still be used.
