If your point is that the aid was provided, that is not a valid argument. The aid was provided because the WBer complaint was sent to Congress and Congressional pressure regarding the withholding was already building even before that. Trump lost his nerve and backed out immediately beginning phase II of the coverup. But bribery/extortion attempted is STILL bribery/extortion.
Plus while Trump never got his announcement of investigations (which is what he really wanted, not caring a rats behind about actual investigations) Zalinsky to this day has not gotten his WH meeting. A UN Pressor is not a WH meeting regardless of how hard Rep Jordan tries to shove that square peg in that round hole.
When the Majority makes its Summation, this will all be much easier to follow.
Pressure was building from the Senate, yes, but so was pressure from the end of the fiscal year.
Schiff does a summation every day.
