Trump haters.

I do not see myself in a saintly way. Just someone that is willing to fight for a just cause when necessary to do so.

I don't go out of my way to help but then again when asked or when presented with a situation where help is needed, I jump in.

Oh you jump in. Really? Are you sure? What if a friend needed $100,000? Would you jump right in and hand it over? What if an elderly relative needed 24/7 care? Would you jump right in and give up your life to help out 24/7?

No, I don't believe you. You have deceived yourself into smug self-righteousness.

I am very happy for you that you have "figured me out".

Great evaluation. Congratulations!

One question. If you are so good at figuring people out, how come you are still a Trump supporter? He is an easy one to figure out!

I never said I was a Trump supporter. You failed at figuring me out.

I don't believe you. Maybe you help your close friends and relatives, but you don't help those strangers you pretend to care about. And I am skeptical about how much you actually help the people closest to you. How much of your own health and happiness do you actually sacrifice? And if you sacrifice too much and make yourself miserable and sick, you can't be much help to anyone.

It is extremely easy to deceive ourselves into thinking we are saintly. We aren't.

If you watched the last day of the impeachment inquiry today, Adam Schiff's closing remarks demonstrates your point perfectly.

People who live in glass houses, eh?

I checked about 100 of your posts and it is evident that my assumption that you are a "Trump supporter" is incorrect. Nonetheless and in this present scenario where there is a person that is so catalytic as Trump is, people should take sides regarding right and wrong and not party affiliations. Right and wrong affects us all.

As such, I have to say that I don't trust someone who is a natural critic but does not take a position against (or for) the person that deserves the most criticism. I have yet to see any of your posts that criticized Trump but I have seen several posts where you criticize the Democrats, socialism, and government. Being a critic and not criticizing Trump, in essence puts you in the category of defending him, simple as that.

To me, that means you are a Trump supporter as you evidently favor one side and given that there are only two sides to the equation at this time, you are a Trump supporter by default.

So, for you, things are either one way or else the opposite? I have to be entirely against Trump, or I am entirely a supporter? I can't think some things he does are good and other things are bad?

It takes a lazy mind to see things as black vs white.

Generally speaking, you are right that things are not black and white. As a very successful salesman in my lifetime, I certainly have had to see that as a fact.

Nonetheless, there are a few things in life that are black and white, death and taxes for example. Good and evil another example and competent and incompetent once again.

Trump is one of those situations where black and white exists. As a sociopath that he is, good and evil is certainly involved. As a liar and corrupt to the nth degree, the future of the nation is in doubt. With a total lack of a conscience, life and death are part of it as well.

There is no gray here and therefore in this particular case, you cannot excuse yourself by not taking a stand one way or the other, unless of course you don't care what happens to the nation.
