“The Army has placed Alexander #Vindman, an expert on Ukraine and a central figure in the impeachment inquiry, & his family under 24-hour security monitoring after Trump targeted Vindman in tweets accusing Vindman of being politically opposed to Trump.”

You think its stunning that Trump endangers Americans lives if they oppose him? I don't. Not like its his first time.

He's totally the best president, attacking citizens by tweet if they say anything he doesn't give his golden seal of approval of.
He's implied the WB should be killed too.

So stating someone is politically opposed now creates a danger worthy of 24 hour protection?

There has to be more to this. I don’t get what the reaction is over or how anyone can claim that statement endangers anyone.

It might seem strange to non-Fox nutters why they keep attacking Vindman, of all the witnesses. But our local bat-****-crazy nutters, have informed us that they believe Vindman was one of the sources for the whistle-blower, and therefore is you know...I guess public enemy #1, just ahead of "the media", and "all democrats". When asked if Russia was anywhere on the list, they replied "I don't know why it would be".
 
I suppose the guys protecting the Col. answer to the guy who caused the security concern in the first place.

It is insane for a sitting U.S. president to attack citizens directly, because they testify against him. It's ****ing insane.
It's impeachable, really, and Trump should be impeached for it. But he's got a long list, and they have to narrow it if they intend to finish within a few months.
And yes, it puts people at risk.

Republicans Senators, know it's deplorable, but they have to risk their legacy/job/reputation/career, by voting for what is right, rather than supporting Trump. That's pretty insane too, if you think about it. Do we have jury's that are designed to be stacked in favor of one (republican majority), and who are 100% biased to vote a certain way based on real damage to their jobs/career if they do?

Well, like my wife said earlier, I guess we can throw the idea that the Republicans respect the military in the same trash heap family values landed.

Way past "not good people". They are openly corrupt at this point.
Remember, there is a sizable percentage of Trump supporters who claim there is nothing Trump can do to lose their vote. I mean, that's open ended Calamity...and I believe them.

I mean, we have literally documented criminals, steeped in corruption, passing information to Solomon, and becomes mainstream right wing propaganda. And what does he get? A job at Fox news.

Look how many of Trumps' campaign staff and other high level Republicans have been arrested the past 3 years. I mean, take any one example like that, and it's 100% obvious. But we have dozens of such obvious examples, it's still just 100% though...we don't have a scale for "corrupt, really corrupt, super corrupt, epic corruption". It's just "corrupt". We zone out.

At this point the average American has probably forgotten more of Trump's corrupt activities than the dozen or so that have turned up just in the past few months.

Vindman himself had contacted the Army a few weeks ago about "protection" for himself and his family, most likely on advise of pencilneck Schiff who has a flair for drama. :lol:

Security monitoring is not the same as protection. If the situation were really as dire as the MSM and Vindman/Schiff would like you to believe, his family would have been weeks ago in a military compound.

From what I have seen from the testimonies given the witnesses have stated what they believe they heard. When they were asked for an opinion, they gave theirs.
Trump should just stay quite and let the process work its way through to the end. He does have other things to get settled. For starters a spending bill to the Government open.

Perhaps the better terms would be witness tampering and intimidation. Both are felonies in a court of law while in the context of the House inquiry it amounts to another article of impeachment.

Yes the oligarch money is flowing no doubt. Guilliani got 1/2 Million$ for his trouble. Both my Florida Governor and Senator got money from Lev and Igor too. Putin has found the motherlode in the GOP. There is nothing they won't do for money. Mike Flynn takes the prize though, he got $600,000 from a Turkish oligarch close to Putin and then got appointed NSA by Trump.
