Startbucks' Open Bathroom Policy Killing Sales. Love It When PC Suck-ups Fail.

KKK? Heck, they were Protestant terrorists who also targeted Catholics. Clearly members of that group feel their brand of Christianity is "Christian". Or how about anti-abortionists who attacked clinics?

I think we are entering a new era of the KKK, with all this bigotry I see in this forum against Catholics. I keep looking outside my window for a burning cross.

Nobody condoned anything. The thought in the 1960s was that offenders could ask for and be offered forgiveness. The rate of recidivism and difficulty of treatment for these gay tendencies was unknown then. The Catholic Church was not the only organization that moved people around and gave them a new start. The public schools did it too. But in the public schools, sexual abuse by teachers is still rampant and increasing. Never any comments from the hypocrites about that. In the RCC, the problem in the US has been virtually eliminated, thanks to the 2005 policy that eliminated gays from entering seminaries. But again, the hypocrites have to focus on cases of the gay abusers that are 30 or more years old. Why not focus on your own damn atheist public schools where there is a PANDEMIC of sexual abuse right under your noses.?

They were not "gay tendencies" when both boys and girls were sexually abused by both priests and nuns.

A sad reality which once again shows that a faith's teachings are only as good as how its followers apply them. This is a situation where an entire religious institution failed its adherents solely out of pride. Had they any real conviction they would have tackled this directly every single time an incident was reported. It's one of those times where I don't think anyone would have complained if the god of the Old Testament did some smiting.

I don't know how many times I have to tell you people, the actions of fallible humans have no effect on the perfect teachings of the Catholic Church. Nothing man can do will ever shake my faith in the church Jesus started, nor will it deter the faith of any devout Catholic. The folks who say they left the church because of something some priest once said, was never a sincere Catholic. They use it as an excuse to live a lesser more permissive life.

Two things:
1) 81% percent of priest victims from the original 2002 lawsuits were boys? Coincidence?
2) The instances of sex abuse in the Church has been reduced to virtually zero since gays were banned from entering US seminaries in 2005. Coincidence?

Thousands of Catholic perverts, worldwide, is not what any sane person would call "a few rogues". But keep defending them and your fake 'religion', that's the ticket. You can also provide evidence that the abusers were "mostly gays", but you won't, because you never, ever, do when asked to back your assertions up. Isn't dishonesty and lying sinful? You should take note, (as a good Catholic).

Hundreds of thousands of children abused by these monsters.

1) Most of the abused were altar boys, hence plenty of opportunity for their abuse.
2) Prove it.

This article proves every single thing I've said about gays and molestations from the past. Thank you. Everyone should read it.

No it doesn't. You have never 'proved' a single thing since you arrived on this forum. Not once. But you have lied, deflected, abused and insulted consistently. I hope you're proud of yourself you fake 'christian'. I feel sorry for you when St. Peter tells you to **** off for your hypocrisy.

2) Prove it.

1) The majority of altar servers are girls and have been since the 1980s.

2) I've proved it in other threads. So now I'll ask you to provide me ONE instance of a priest abuse case that was allegedly committed within the past ten years. When you can't find one, will you have the decency to come back and apologize? Oh, that's right. We've found out with the 'separation of church and state' not being in the Constitution' debate, you'll never have that decency.

1) Who said anything about 'since the 80s'? Pathetic excuse.
2) Always a pleasure: Cheshire priest Matthew Jolley jailed for child abuse plan - BBC News You wanted just ONE conviction within the last ten years; you got it. There are many more. Ready for them?

You have proven nothing except that you lie, constantly. Now you apologise; if you have the decency. As far as separation of church and state is concerned you have been schooled on this by more than a few people. If you want to continue to be exposed as a liar, by all means be my guest. It isn't me who looks like an idiot.

I should have said US cases where the ban against gays has been in effect since 2005. Not sure leftwing Europe has taken that step. But the guy in your case didn't actually commit any abuse, did he?

Don't get too close to your gas burners, mate. Those sheets are flammable.

No clue what you are on about dude. Lol

Remember.....I'm not catholic

He wanted to abuse a 2 year old boy....and you defend him.

Wife just read through the posts and said "You know, as good as your are in debates, you are even better at dispatching trolls".

It's always fun when you're in good with the wife.

Now. Back to the topic at hand, which is Starbucks' wimpiness.

Yes, the predictable excuse! You were wrong as usual, but I won't expect an apology. Would you like me to present some more recent cases or will you make excuses for them also? By the way, Britain has had a conservative government for the past nine years, so that pathetic "left wing" excuse fails as well.
The priest in question wanted to abuse a two year-old child and you're defending him? You disgust me.
