House Democrats on Saturday released a transcript of closed-door testimony from career foreign service officer and Vice President Pence staffer Jennifer Williams.

Williams was among the officials on the July 25 call between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. She is also one of the only witnesses who has testified that has firsthand knowledge of the exchange.

No she does not have firsthand knowledge of the exchange. Im 30 pages in and so far the only thing she is saying is that she is an advisor for the vice president and was not on the phone for the presidents conversation. She was on a call that the vice president was on in april to congradulate him on his victory.
She does not know the ambassador or her work. She has no knoweledge of what Giuliani said or did or what the reason was for the ambassador being recalled. The extent of her knowledge is what she read in the news about any of those things. She knows about as much about any of it as the public knows.

Geesus what a ditto head. But Ms Williams is not unusual in government. "I takes my notes and I does my stuff in my own little vacuum without a thought going through my dizzy little head."

Question from taxpayer: "Do you ever follow up on anything Ms Williams?"
Answer: "No"
Response: "Thank you Ms Williams."

There is a match to Ms Williams and Trumpkin's contention that he could shoot somebody on 5th Av and not lose a vote.

I get the distinct impression that if he did it in front of Ms Williams her notes would read, "President shot somebody on 5th Av, then we all went to lunch."

I hate to say it, there are tons of Ms Williams copies running around government, state, local and federal. For every one with a brain there are least two with "good penmanship".
