[W:161]Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

Yeah we all saw the video. Do you really believe that if Joe Biden thought for a second that his actions were illegal that he would go boasting about it in public, knowing he's being recorded?
Biden isnt playing with a full deck so, yeah.

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

Spoken like someone who is completely out of intellectual ammo. Go get a clue and come back when you leave mommies basement

Intellectual ammo? For you?:lamo You're in Disneyland pal.

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

no it hasn't been answered. there was no threat or intimidation in that tweet.
if there is you can't point it out.

I did above.

You don't care though, there is no evidence you reason on matters related to Trump, so claiming others can't point out facts, is irrelevant to you. You have never evidenced you respond to facts, only the defense of Trump.
That's a choice you make.

Yeah we all saw the video. Do you really believe that if Joe Biden thought for a second that his actions were illegal that he would go boasting about it in public, knowing he's being recorded? Come on now, that's not logical. You know why Biden withheld the money, you know it very well because we've gone over that a dozen times or more here on DP, so stop playing as though you're not aware of it. As a matter of fact, why didn't Trump order an investigation of Joe Biden over that in 2018 and only waited until July 2019 to try and get a FOREIGN GOVERNMENT to investigate a US citizen?

in case you haven't notice....Joe's a little out of it...I don't think he remembers a lot of details these days.

Nope, sorry. Simply no sense in trying to get somebody blind to see or somebody irrational to act rationally.

When talking heads at Fox News turn on you about something, you done ****ed up.

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

Yes we know Chevy, we know your superior intellect goes unchallenged here all day every day.
Anything else you'd like to call stupid, I have a free second.
Im thinking there are 5 liberals here capable of carrying on a conversation that goes beyond 'Trump is a poopyhead.' I wish there were more.

Yeah, I already conceded your superior intellect, isn't that what it is all about.
You make a statement like that after littering this thread with words like dumb, stupid and pathetic, when you disagree.
Man, that is powerful insightful debate.
Hats off to you.

Everywhere Marie Yovanovitch went turned bad. She started off in Somalia, how did that go? Then fast forward to Ukraine, where the new Ukrainian President spoke unfavorably about her in my second phone call with him. It is a U.S. President’s absolute right to appoint ambassadors.
They call it “serving at the pleasure of the President.” The U.S. now has a very strong and powerful foreign policy, much different than proceeding administrations. It is called, quite simply, America First! With all of that, however, I have done FAR more for Ukraine than O.

where is the threat or intimidation?

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

Its in the thread. Go hunting for it. If you don't think what DonDon tweeted was appalling and despicable and intimidating coming from a US President, you simply missed grades 1-6 of Primary Education and then simply decided to screw the rest. Sorry, not responsible for your irrationality. Not responsible for your lack of ability to read or comprehend either.

Next time just say you cant back up your BS and move on. It saves us both a lot of time

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

Aww. Bless your heart.

the SchiffShow has lived up to its name.

Asked and answered.
Obtuse yourself into oblivion if you must, but it isn't a good look.

She is still a government employee with the State Department.
So I guess he failed you.

No, youve got it wrong. Its not about 'my intelect' its about the lack of anything substantive coming from your side. Id prefer that 5 to become 10. Or 20. And go read the things I labeled 'dumb, stupid and pathetic' and tell me how those words dont apply to the crap I was quoting.

What does that have to do with her still being a State Department Employee on loan to Georgetown?
Laffriot!

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

POTUS is attacking a witness who is testifying in his impeachment hearing.
That's enough.

That he's a sitting President from the bully pulpit doing so, publicly, while she's testifying, make it considerably worse.
Trump is also her boss, meaning her job is also dependent on his whim, makes it even worse.

You here defending Trump's deplorable behavior...unfortunate.

Attorney's always recommend not commenting on ongoing investigations into yourself, and certainly not to disparage witnesses. Most non-idiots leave the disparaging to others.
Trump has no shortage like Hannity or Rush or Levin, or you...to disparage people who go after him for his misdeeds, why does he do it himself? His choice.

Hehehe, this is exactly why we love this President, and leftests just don't get it. He doesn't take crap from dimwits, and this is why they hate him so much. All the previous Presidents in recent memory, including the lip wrists in congress have historically kept their mouths shut and tried to maintain the higher ground. Not this guy, and I LOVE IT!! He likes to get in the gutter right with them, and he's much better at it than they could ever hope to be.

As to this hearing. Jesus what a weak piece of a garbage this women is. I'm so glad he fired her, couldn't come soon enough, IMO.

Oh, and by the way, if anyone on DP thinks for a NY second that Presidents, Secretaries of State, congress critters, ANY politician doesn't ask for things in return for things is a complete and utter moron. Using one's power to curry favor in a fact of life, and it's not restricted to regular folks, it happens all the time, and everywhere. Think about it, we're all trying to punish a President for using his power and influence to gain an advantage. Oh the horror.. I know, I know, but.. but... Trump did it.. Who the hell cares? Seriously, who other than the TDS'ers that would as sure as **** turn a blind eye if it were their guy doing it.. RE: Biden, Obama, and let's not forget the best of the bestest, Hillary and the Clinton machine..

I offer a big fat PUUULLEEAASSEE.. :)

You label them dumb stupid and pathetic because that is all you have.
You know it, I know it. (Others know it too.)
You don't seem to get the irony of calling everyone's arguments stupid, and then complain that no one is debating you.
Aww. :sad trombone: for Fletch.
