Is Trump the Greatest President Ever? A Number of Respected People Think So

That's rich, coming from you.

You just posted that when jobs went up under Obama, Obama was not responsible and deserves no credit, but when jobs went up under Trump, Trump was responsible and deserves all the credit.

Jobs went up under both, but your blatant partisanship allows you to make such an absurd comparison.

Not really. The big floppy-eared moron tanked the economy. He doesn't get credit for the rebound.

See, people? This is why qualifications are SO important and so obvious a predictor of performance:

Trump was the most qualified candidate in history. The skills he developed in his fifty-years of colossal success in business are EXACTLY the skills needed for the current president: 1) Negotiation skills. Trump is the best in the world at it. Comes from all those real estate deals. 2) overseer of large projects - When you build massive skyscrapers, you know how to get things done on time and under buget. 3) Huge private sector success. Some people are stupid enough to think only government experience matters. In reality, it's a liability. It's just people trained to be inefficient and incompetent. But a private businessman doesn't have those luxuries. They are used to having the buck stop with them. If they aren't efficient or competent, they're out of business. When a public official is incompetent and inefficient, they get a promotion.

0bama was the LEAST qualified candidate in the last century, and the consequences were disastrous. His only private sector experience was when he dished out ice cream at Baskin-Robbins for a few months. The rest of the time, he was involved in sleazy Marxist endeavors, as in the Annenberg Project where he helped squander millions of dollars and achieved no results for it. But skills needed to run the country? He had ZERO. NO negotiating skills, no business skills. He was an idiot. A pot-smoking moron. It was like allowing a five-year-old to drive the 18-wheeler.

why are these idiot threads allowed?

I'm not seeing Donald's deal making skills.

He's still negotiating with Mexico to pay for the wall.
He couldn't negotiate a deal with his own Congress to pass his healthcare bill.
He did negotiate a $20+B border security bill... and then vetoed it.
He negotiated a deal to ensure the Kurds safety. The Kurds felt safer fighting ISIS.
Trump even got stiffed on his deal with Zelensky. Zelensky got the money, Trump got caught.
Trump hasn't made deals to have a confirmed cabinet. (His "Acting" motif is another example of by-passing constitutional congressional oversight.)

He has been successful at making deals for political souls.

tRump is NOT a great President, he wouldn't measure up to a piss poor president.

Trump wouldn't make a pimple on a "Presidents" ass.

Trump has been a masterful negotiator. Evening the playing field with China. Playing hardball when he has to. The little retarded boy with the big floppy ears didn't negotiate ANYTHING.

I wouldn't take credit for China just yet. Or NK or Iran.

Russia and Turkey are happy with their deal for Syria. And all we had to give up is our honor and the Kurds.

Why do you guys keep comparing Trump to Obama? People are saying Obama was the worst.

I think probably the only job in Washington 0bummer is qualified for is shining the president's shoes.

So why is he used as a measure of how great Trump is?

You might set a higher standard than a shoe shiner.

He couldn't negotiate a deal with his own Congress to pass his healthcare bill. Work in progress, but there is progress
He did negotiate a $20+B border security bill... and then vetoed it. Factually inaccurate.
He negotiated a deal to ensure the Kurds safety. Several deals. The Kurds felt safer fighting ISIS. Evidence?

He has been successful at making deals for political souls. Name a few.
You are not doing very well.

1. No, he is not the "greatest" president ever.

2. He is, however, better than Secretary Clinton would have been.

a. She would have turned the country over to certain "woke" activists.

3. President Trump's achievement has been that he has slowed down the inevitable slide to government incompetence, corruption, and disorganization that will ensue in coming decades.

a. As soon as the Dems retake power (probably in January, 2021), the country will become even more polarized than it is now or during the eight years of the Honorable Barack Obama.

The worst it gets, the better(Reform)

Oh, you mean the part time jobs that resulted from the demise of the fulltime ones after Captain Moron's health care plan was ramrodded through?

no, we mean this:

Here’s what history will record: More jobs were created in Obama’s last two years (5.1 million) than in Trump’s first two years (4.9 million).

Growth in manufacturing employment began in Obama’s second term, when 386,000 jobs were added, and accelerated under Trump.

no, we mean this:

Tell us specifically what 0bummer did to promote job growth. We know what President Trump has done to create the greatest economy in history. But what did the big floppy-eared empty-suited moron 0bummer do?
