Then POS Obama definitely had no right to write and sign an EO like DACA.

He absolutely does and especially in the absence of adequate resource allocation. Congress has the authority to make the law and the President has the authority to decide how his agencies are to enforce it and with what priorities.

Why is that? He has done more conservative things as president than, at least, the last two Republican presidents.
 
When the SCOTUS terminates Obama's EO forever Trump will be willing to offer the same deal
he wanted to make before. Amnesty for 1.8 million illegals in return for 1) elimination of the
visa lottery or the green card lottery whatever you want to call it 2) limits on chain migration,
no 3rd cousins included for example 3) $25 billion for the wall & not just in bits & pieces like
the demo cats suggested last time around.

I don't expect we will see a decision until around June 2020. Does not leave much time for wall building or anything else in an Election year.

Actually it can absolutely be as arbitrary as a contrary political position. Obama overruled many of Bush's position for precisely the same reasons....he disagreed with them.

Of course. Were the federal judges that blocked the repeal of DACA acting like a bunch of rat partisan hacks exceeding their authority to deny a president his power to rescind an EO.

That isn’t arbitrary. Making public statements in support of keeping DACA and then taking a 180 without being able to cite any reason for that in court is certainly arbitrary if not driven by animus. I’m going with animus given Donald’s public statements.

Trump was a registered Dem for over 3/4’s of his life and is one of the oldest sitting Presidents in our history. Trump is an elitist and a grifter.

Edit: There isn’t enough money to do the wall, the DOD funding isn’t enough and the GOP congress never even voted on the wall when they controlled both houses.

Obama ran for president with positions that were 180 degrees opposed to Bush's position only to embrace them when he became president.

You go with 'animus' because it fits with what you want...not with anything real.

The current President told all of us how easy it will be to cut the deficits and on and on.

I have no problem with the President standing up to China and others, but have a plan of execution.

North Korea and Iran are laughing as the enrich uranium and build their own arsenal.

Yeah, sure. And next you’re going to tell me that Trump meant something other than exactly what he said when he described Mexicans as rapists, murderers, and bad hombres and only “some” as fine people. But I don’t expect a Trump boot licker to recognize the animus or adequately defend what his attorneys have been unable to in court.
