In reading your post, I feel the frustration and pain in your voice trying to explain such basic concepts to Trump supporters. But don’t bother. It’s not that they don’t understand it. You’re not going to change anyone’s mind by explaining these basic concepts. They know. They are big boys and girls. They understand all this. They just look for anything, including semantics, to defend their cult prophet. You’re not going to change anyone’s mind by explaining basic concepts and trying to appeal to facts and reason. What if he decided to take the money allotted by Congress to the Ukraine and instead put it towards he glorious southern border wall? You'd be OK with that, right? After all, it's his money to do with whatever he wants, right?

I guess I find it odd how, if he really IS the BEST at picking staff, why Trump can't seem to hold onto people who he actually hand picked and approved of.
According to Trump, everyone he hires turns out to be Deep State plotters working to overthrow him, even when he picks people who have zero government service experience. Apparently he seems to think that "the Deep State" has managed to "get to them all".

That's funny, I've observed the opposite, for at times when i mention that AMerica is a democracy, repubs say it isn't, they say it's a republic.


Well, I looked it up, and the definition said that a republic is a representative democracy.

We are way past that point.
Even here in our tiny DP microcosm, right off the top of my head, I can count no fewer than a baker's dozen members who not only think everyone else is illegitimate, we're criminals and terrorists, and we should be locked up for treason for even daring to oppose Trump.

At this point, at about 11 months and two weeks to go, we've already been branded as fair game by the impotent whiny militia smellers.
Trump is already signaling to his apes and thugs, indicating he'd be very pleased if they roughed up a few libtards.

Yes, and they clearly demonstrate how stupid people can be in their voting habits. Still, Trump hasn't had anyone killed for daring to oppose him, unlike his good pal ex-KGB boss Vlad the Destroyer.

I'm sure Putin and Un's elections were valid as can be.
