Yes, and as I've already learned in my short time in this forum, (2) belongs to a lot of lonely, miserable people who troll the internet with the purpose of bothering anonymous strangers. It blows my mind. Even middle schoolers tend to troll people they know. These other people are trolling people they'll never meet for, in some cases apparently, years. Humans are weird as ****.

From the crowd size on you guys have gone bat-**** crazy at anything he says. We just sit back and muse "I can't believe they're going off the rails over THAT! We don't blindly believe everything Trump says; we apply experience, education, intelligence and skepticism. It's you guys that get dragged around by the nose ring. Your controllers say "jump" and you ask "how high!" They say "****" and you ask "how much and what color?". I'd say you're thinking is one dimensional but that would be an exaggeration.

I think I can say this with certainty. I've read or participated in a fair number of threads about Trump. None of them get very far without a Trump supporter talking about Obama or a Clinton as an attempt to excuse Trump's behavior.

Because I always thought someone who defied a subpoena would be arrested. Can't seem to get that done. A state that just started refusing to obey the federal government would be ignored.

I'll say this. If anybody voted for Trump because of the right wing spin machine nonsense regarding Hillary Clinton over the past 20 years, then those voters are indeed uninformed. There simply is no moral equivalency between Trump's sins and Clinton's sins. Not even close.

And I say that as no enthusiastic supporter of Hillary. I backed Sanders in 2016 and I back him now.

I'm still several pages behind in this thread. Decided to read the whole thing. I just read your post to TurtleDude about TX and/or CA. That "gradual secession" idea is interesting. Cannabis has been fascinating for me to watch. States unilaterally decided to blow off the federal prohibition. Administrations from both parties have looked the other way. Sanctuary cities. The failed voter fraud commission. I was imagining a declaration of independence from the US. I think the federal government would definitely intervene with force in that case. But if states keep flying the American flag and just do whatever they want, I can see what you're saying.

Honestly, I am fairly certain that if all of this solely hinged upon nothing but an attempt to undo the election, it would have teetered and fallen over, crushed by its own weight in BS. We are watching the evidentiary process right now, we are watching the entire constitutional process right now.
For me, it is the second time to see it unfold.
