Yep, as we knew would happen the leftist of this country trying for the first time in history to over through a national election
have drafted rules that pretty much violate the constitution in any legal matter.

they can call witnesses unabridged however if republicans in the house want to call witnesses or issue subpoena's they have to be voted on.
which we know the leftist will deny their ability to call witnesses fully.

House leftist voted down any and all amendments to the rules that would allow a fair and open proceeding.
just as we knew folks here it is in full display that this was about undoing a national election because they hated
the result not because of anything the president actually did.

also they voted against releasing information or testimony that has been collected so that we could see in full detail what is going on.
if you have a case for impeachment then it is open for all the public to see not hiding in shadows.

All they need to do is methodically and deliberately draw out the investigations, hearings and testimony, putting twump's criminality and rank corruption of full televised display for the entire nation to see and watch as twump goes into a nose dive.

sure it will because unless they get a super majority of 66 votes in the senate they still can't remove him from office.
the founding fathers were smart enough to do this to avoid this very scenario.

although i don't think they realized just how bad it would get.
but they did it to prevent this type of abuse.

Okay let us say the Dems gave the GOP full reign on calling witnesses. If I was the GOP I would call maybe two hundred, maybe three hundred. Why, to delay this thing as they have been doing right along. And then if the Dems said no, the GOP could say, see we told you it was not a fair process. Try and ell me I am wrong. And the GOOP already knows what is in that testimony and will get a chance to ask and get answers from the same witnesses in open hearings. And as far as amendments, if you have a brain cell working you must know that all were just meant to make the impeachment inquiry a way for them to enter as much false information as then can. In fact, none of what the Dems have done to include the GOP is even required by the Consitutiion. Most of it is not even required until there is an impeachment and the trial begins in the Senate. And all of the closed hearings were done under the rules set by the GOP when investigating Clinton. You can yell as much as you want but this impeachment inquiry is being done in a way that is a thousand more fair to Trump and the GOP then the investigations were done by the GOP into Hillary Clinton. In those investigations the Dems were not allowed to bring in their own witnesses or use the subpoena powers granted to the Congress.

Why do YOU need to see anything? The members of the House will see everything collated - remember each committee has GOP members.
You don't get to see evidence in every trial, only the jurors, or in this case the House of Representatives.

It is an inquiry not a trial. There are no rights in this. They don't have to allow even the concessions they have.

Once the trial starts then you will see due process. People getting mad over this only show that they are complete idiots.

actually they are trying to overthrow an election. they didn't like the results of the 2016 election. they lost and couldn't handle it.
so they are trying to undo the results and remove a president. not something that any american should be fore.

and now we have the whataboutism. Clinton was accused of raping someone while he was president. it was investigated and then he lied before a grand jury.
here we have no crime, and 1 party trying to overthrow a sitting president.

You may not grasp this fact but Nancy has been playing Chess while the Repubs and trump are playing Checkers, she is 5 steps ahead and will achieve her goal of winning it all in the end. There is no due process in investigations or grand jury deliberations.

The only due process applies to actual trial.
