There were two votes when the Republicans still had the majority that failed (huge surprise, not). The third was in July, under Dem leadership. It failed too (16 more Dems voted against than the previous vote).

All that was before Trump tried to strong arm the leader of another country for dirt on a political opponent (i.e., High Crimes and Misdemeanors).

The most recent count of those ready to vote for impeachment is more than enough.
At least 228 House Democrats have said they support an impeachment inquiry - CNNPolitics
Trump better break out his impeachment suit. He’s definitely gonna be wearing it soon. ;)

He definitely notified who needed to be notified. When military forces are in proximity, it is a good thing to let the other side know that some serious **** is about to go down, and they should duck.

He said Putin is more trustworthy than Nancy. You missed understanding where EVERYONE knows the Russians are not at all trustworthy, so where does Nancy fit on that continuum?

I don’t know whether you’re right about anything.

But in every democracy, including this one, it is the expecation that the chief executive inform the leadership in the legislative body in a crisis or major event.

I see no reason to think that Nancy Pelosi, or any of the Democratic leaders would compromise the national security. Alas, this is not a claim that Donald Trump can make.

He could have notified the Russians we were flying through their air space to go after an enemy of our county without telling them any details of the actual mission. What is so hard to understand about that. I would hope world leaders especially of nuclear super powers would inform each other of missions to avoid misunderstandings that could lead to the destruction of the planet. This isn't rocket science but common sense.
