I don't know if they were, or weren't.

I'm not aware of any court proceedings that have judged the charity you have mentioned to be guilty of any wrong doing.

Perhaps he shut it down for the same reasons the Clintons shut down their charity.

He would have died in a prison cell beside the countless others Joe Biden assisted in locking up for drug offenses if Hunter's last name was Johnson, or something lame like that.

Its a pay to play appointment to have inside relationships with the VP. Then we find out Pelosi, Schumer, and other Democrats have sons on boards of energy companies in Ukraine.

Biden, an experienced politician, sent over to Ukraine to fight corruption, as he says, by using his name and position to acquire his son a very lucrative position on the gas ccmpany Burisma....this in the very LEAST is a huge conflict of interest, and don't tell me he does not realize this. Any politician worth his weight in manure knows this is wrong on all points, but Mr Biden did not care, as it's all about enriching his family and while under the Obama admin it was an easy thing to do.....just look at Hillary.

Now, show how any company used that connection to get anything from the United States. If you can do that, you've shown corruption. If you can't, all you've shown is that like many before him, dude enriched himself by having the right last name.
