Trump is an idiot. Everyone on the planet knows it. I am so ashamed to be an American, with this horrible person in the White House. I honestly do not know what to do at this point.

The last mouth piece president bombed 7 countries while promising to bring all the troops home. The current president is trying to avoid armed conflict, and not put troops in harms way if he can avoid it.

For someone with no skin in the game, why do you love war so much?

during the times overseas many military members were protected and even became friends with the Kurds they fought along side with. To abandon them now is to abandon family in some cases. People like you make me sick. You can't even briring yourself to admit that Trumps comments are not only lies but pathetic ones at that. People are dying now because of his decisions.

People died when Obama pulled the troops back in Iraq and not a squeeeeeeeeeek outta you!

The same Iraqis that helped us and became friends with.

Trump is right, we don't need to have our kids dying over 50 year old feud between the Turks & Kurds.

Ah yes another supporter of build the wall and drop the shades foreign policy as if that has a ghost of a chance of working. Didn't work in 1914 and didn't work in 1940. Surely can't work in a 21st century world of cyber and space.

An American President will ALWAYS and I do mean ALWAYS have to to make reasoned expenditures of treasure and life in support of US National Security Interests. Abandoning what we had in Syria is a laughably absurd answer to the recurring question of how best to satisfy US National Security Interests with an eye to spending US treasure over spending US lives.

Have some humility, and better recognize how we shouldn't want any country, including the US, to 'rule the world', and we should fight for democracy everywhere, against corruption.

Democracy and Corruption are Apples and Oranges. So I am not sure those elements are worthy of putting in juxtaposition. We should fight for US National Security Interests and to the extent that they coincide with fighting for democracy we should do that. Fighting for democracy "everywhere" would seem unreasonable in scope just on its face.

Supporting efforts to maintain or grow democracy outside of our specific National Security Interests is about as far as we could or should manage.

Horse crap. We all have skin the game you fool. There is hardly any longer a regular middle class American that does not have a relative of some sort in uniform and/or on call at anytime to be called to a war zone. Only fat cats who literally claim that the chance of veenirial disease was their big moment of courage like Corporal Bone Spurs don't have actual skin in the game.

This particular President is entirely transactional for his own account and for whatever reason the personal property of one Vladimir Putin.
