House Democrats leading the Trump impeachment inquiry have been able to boost their cause by leaking details of closed-door meetings, according to Brit Hume.

"The Democrats with this impeachment issue -- they're winning," Hume claimed Wednesday on "The Story."

"This proceeding behind closed doors with a multitude of leaks coming that all point basically in the same direction, which is 'Trump's guilty', have been pouring out of these behind-closed-door sessions."

It’s going to be interesting to see how this plays out, and if the media stays one sided. No one ever went broke underestimating the American people.

Mitch McConnell was put on notice tonight by the Democrats to prepare for an impeachment trial by Thanksgiving.

The House has the votes. It remains to be seen if the Senate does. McConnell announced today that they intend to do their constitutional duty and hold a trial.

Hopefully a trial full of press releases revealing how corrupt the impeachment process was.

It remains to be seen if they have the votes in the house. I doubt they have enough votes to even get the inquiry passed let along the full inquisition. Of course the only way to know is to call a vote.

The Dems have the majority in the House and more than half the House at 229 favor an impeachment inquiry. The rest are waiting until after the inquiry to decide whether to vote for impeachment.
