They believe this because courts do “make law”. Your post is a minute example of the relative ignorance on average of right wingers as compared to liberals.

I'm a Christian. I think abortion is wrong but I believe we should persuade people it's wrong not coerce them using government. Government coercion doesn't work. We tried it.

Moreover, most people have abortions because they can't afford to have the child. Conservatives want to make it harder for poor people to be able to afford to have the child. They're promoting abortion through their policies.

Representatives make the laws. The courts enforce the laws.

Probably not, at least until Congress creates some rights of the unborn legislation that gets upheld and then creeps through jurisprudence over time to land on the abortion issue.

Democrats have no door away from lifetime benefits. They won't even demand work requirements for able bodied people. Just give them benefits and don't expect anything in return. Democrats only solutions are to give give give and those on the programs just receive receive receive. There are no incentives to better yourself to get off the programs.

I believe there are programs out there and are used, just not enough of them. And the Republican solution is what?

And the enslaved are too dumb to realize it? That's why about 90% of the enslaved vote for their slave masters? They're not smart enough to figure out what you've figured out? They should have voted for Nixon and Reagan who laughed as they called Blacks monkeys?

I tend to doubt you have any insight into what is good for Blacks after your absurd thread about how slavery benefited Blacks.

No, it won't. At worst Roe V. Wade gets overturned which returns authority for abortion laws to the states.

That's just it. Republicans don't have many solutions and Democrats have the wrong solutions. Trickle down does not work and trickle up does not work either. But, sometimes tough love is needed and Democrats are huge failures in this department.
