Trump admin tramples Constitution again

Pete is just trying to speak to the conservatives, who demand that their faith be pandered to interminably.
Thats nonsense. He is not speaking to the right, he is speaking to the left.
I do hate that politicians have to play that sanctimonious BS to get elected. It says something very dumb about our country that is, ultimately, a vulnerability to tyrants.
NOt true either. See his standing in the polls for evidence.

Perpetual outrage? What, like that people dare to say "Happy holidays"? At least the left is worried about the constitution and not offending magical Jebus.

This thread does not even remotely touch a Constitutional issue. It is liberal intolerance and phony outrage, nothing more.

Sure, the seats of faith aren't conservative. Sure...

It's the right who wears their faith as a political badge. They own the whackadoodle tag until some leftist whackadoodles create a political juggernaut equal to the Moral (moron) Majority, declaring themselves to be superior for their faith and authorized to oppress women.

When someone speaks French, you can assume they're speaking to people from France. When someone speaks whackadoodle, they are speaking to fundamentalists and most of those are conservative. Or, perhaps Mr. Mayor is genuinely christian and one of the benefits of membership is being able to condescend to everyone, as clearly is the case.

See his standing in the polls for evidence.

Between his homosexuality and his religion, I doubt it's his faith holding him back. Oh, the sin!

Not even close, huh? Well, it feels pretty close to those of us who abhor religious incursions into our government. But, you and I both know that blurring the lines of decency in Jesus' name is a conservative obsession.

Maybe this is just another case of liberal standards being higher than conservatives can reach. Consider Mathew 6:6-8. It doesn't serve Christian's to follow the actual suggestions of Jesus so they follow the self serving words of Paul instead and use their faith to trample everyone else's. They do what feels good rather than what IS good and without an ounce of shame or introspection.

What does it matter to them if the US constitution gets violated. Their magical, flexible constitution was written in the third century by morons...and you defend them.
