We also see the despicable "resistance' outside the rally, screaming epithets at cops, throwing objects at cops and their horses, burning Maga hats in the streets, attacking Trump rally goers as they left the rally, screaming about the "hands up don't shoot" HOAX.
Yes, millions of Americans see that, and the deafening silence of the MN mayor and the rest of the feckless Democrats who refuse to condemn this behavior.

To be fair Obama's visit was met by Tea Partiers waving the American flag. Trump was met by Antifa waving bats, starting fires and attacking the police. Cost much more to clean up after the left. Probably the differential is accurate based what we saw last night.

The difference in security needs an strain on resources across the board between Obama and Trump engagements is vast. We never saw the like of the protests, violence and damage as we've seen with Trump. Not in this century.

We've not seen this much unravelling of norms, illicit behavior, unethical and abusive displays of vulgar nepotism, and this much abuse of power in one president.

I don't think we've ever seen it. Until now.
 
Going into a city and holding a rally for white people to have them to boo at the mention of a large & ethnically different part of the local population is unapologetic & open white supremacy.

B.S. We have not seen this level of mob destruction since the latter half of last century. I don't remember any Obama rally when police had to don riot gear. I don't remember mobs waiting for Obama supporters to come out of his rally, so they could beat them up. I don't remember anti-Obama conservatives screaming epithets at cops and throwing piss at them.

Millions of Americans are sick and tired of having refugees who never care to assimilate, dumped on them and become a welfare and crime burden. It's patently unfair to thrust that upon citizens with them having no vote. This should be a local decision, not some virtue-signalling President who's aim is to be the next Nelson Mandella and line his shelf with awards.
Little Mogadishu is a problem and it's a symptom of those in power allowing refugee and immigrant flood gates to open, instead of integrating migrants carefully and wisely, to promote assimilation and acceptance, as well as generational success.
MN is a cautionary tale.

Ferguson, Baltimore, Occupy Wall Street....

Meanwhile the right protested at the ballot box not with clubs and matches.

I went to numerous TeaParty Rallies where every generation was represented from Grampa in his WW II hats to great grandkids in strollers. Waving the American Flag, the Gadsden Flag. Cleaned up after ourselves; easy duty for the cop presence for the most part.

Thanks for your first-hand experience report with Tea Party rallies. They are used as a "whatabout" and unfairly compared to Antifa and resistance protests. There's no compare.
Patriotism vs. anarchy.
