No they don't. Whoever has more money gets priority.
No they don’t. The person selling chooses. There is no priority.

I've answered your grotesque objection that you believe working people's desire for basic necessities at decent prices is envy. What else would you like me to answer before you explain how you can take a position so obviously contrary to the teachings of Christ and yet call yourself Christian.

If car ownership becomes pointless then only the dumbest and least responsible individuals will still be in the business, but they will likely be given to corruption if no profit can be gotten by legal means.
See how easy that is?
I'm not going to respond to you puffing yourself up. You failed to make a moral case. I brought forth a moral argument. The only criticism you made was that this was envy. I responded to that and countered it.Hi Phatz
i have never claimed that Christ (or, even Chrysotom) was heretical. I pointed out that Poverty Gospel is, just as Prosperity Gospel is.
And, as I said, I will be happy to address the points you made, as soon as you address the points I made which you quoted, but ignored. If you need me to re-post it (again), let me know .
But, as I said, in post 375
The post you quoted and then ignored in post 357 being post 357.
Do most people buy or rent their automobiles? You're right. It is silly to think the US government would ever force landlords to give up profit-making so they can make it easier for the poor. Better to let democrat lawyers and politicians to give up their ill-gotten gains to help the poor.
I'm not going to respond

No argument is going to absolve you of responsibility to your neighbor. Christ wasn't sympathetic to the argument that Jews could be absolved of their responsibility to their parents by donating to the temple.
That's a common but baseless claim. Asian workers aren't being raised out of poverty from capitalism. They're badly exploited and earning $1 per hour in disgusting cities working in horrifying conditions.
Sure there is.I agree, but there's no reason to promote the system that the vast majority on both sides prefer and would never change.
Claiming the Democrats entire policy is giving themselves free stuff, is as true as claiming Numnut's entire policy is giving himself free stuff (well maybe the last point is true). The rich are taxed at lower rate than everyone else, they've been given enough free stuff already, it's time to spread it around to all Americans...
Wow! Talk about a huge sweeping generalization. And inaccurate. That's a common but baseless claim. Asian workers aren't being raised out of poverty from capitalism. They're badly exploited and earning $1 per hour in disgusting cities working in horrifying conditions.
Paying back the bank loan isn't all cost. Any reduction of principle is profit. And when the mortgage is paid off, your profit is $1528.99 per month plus the $19.35. Of course with time rents and property values go up, so you're making even more than that per month.
About $1500 per month for a $48k initial investment is really good money. That's 25% yield on cost, without considering rent or price increases.
What would raising the capital gains tax rate do to stock prices?
Sure there is.
have you not been watching or at least looking at these morons running on the democratic side for president?
that is basically their entire platform.
Actually the top 1% pay almost 40% of all income taxes.
the top 10% pay at least 56% of all income taxes
and the top 50% pay 98% of all income tax in this counntry.
so what are they getting for free again?
you seem to be misinformed a great deal.
Yeah I don't like the top down control of it and lack of real property rights. I'd like to see property stay in a family for generations. What I don't want to see is a real estate empire lasting generations.
Not really. if you look at most of trumps policies they are actually doing quite well. The fact that the house refuses to sign bills and send them is not his fault.Calling any Democrat a moron while America's official clown is in the WH", is an obvious projection. Which is understandable as it comes from the top;
You're absolutely right about the rich paying the lions share of taxes. It's because they own the lions share of our nations wealth. I was referring to the percentages of their income.
If someone earns $100,000 a year, at a 20% tax rate, America receives $20,000.
If someone earns $40,000 a year, at a 25% tax rate, America receives $10,000.
So the rich guy pays twice, that's double the amount, as in more than the average guy. Yet the average tax payer pays more of his income than the rich guy. So America gives the rich their 'free stuff in the form of cash, while America gives the poor their 'free stuff' in the form of food stamps. Wouldn't you agree that anyone would prefer their 'free stuff', in the form of cash?
This due to the percentage they pay. See how that works now? Your confusion is understandable, many conservatives don't quite get this, or they choose to ignore it. I'm sure you agree that there's no reason why a secretary of a rich guy should be paying more of his or her income than their boss.
I won't claim you're misinformed, it's just something many folks forget to think about...
