This is about a teacher deliberately misgendering a student's gender. You came in here and hurled a retarded statement about us not understanding biology on us.

"Mis-gendering" is a social construct and a very recent one at that. These things are subject to whimsical change with the times. Biological sex does not. We denote male and female by sex as a more valid characterization, just like we do everywhere else in nature, except for some inscrutable reason, with humans. We call dogs, cats, elephants, lions, monkeys, various primates, ect. "him" and "her" by their sex, not by a social construct.

Whether or not it applies in this case, for the record, you are incorrect. Having been the President of a public employee's union, and delved deep into free speech rights of labor, I assure you that unlike private employees, public employees have a right of free speech - bounded only by the usual rules against hostile work environments, disruptive behavior, and conduct harmful to productivity.
