Just another one of ****bag's "high crimes." On the one hand, I appreciate him being so willing to pile up the counts it's really unnecessary. His Ukraine debacle is more than enough.

Meanwhile, Pompeo says he'll stop any State Dept. employee from testifying before the Intel Cmte. Pat-a-cake is over, Mikey. Now that the impeachment process is official anyone refusing to testify will by cited for contempt.
 
It's not an official impeachment inquiry until there's a vote of the full house.

I am addressing one of the points in the content of the thread. Employees of the Trump administration get found in contempt, they appeal in the courts and the contempt gets overturned. Pelosi is being too cute by half.

Sure, Barr could be subpoenaed and refuse to testify and then order the DoJ not to investigate the contempt citation. That adds yet another act of obstruction of justice to his growing list of crimes and corruption. The American people will be watching all of these criminal, unethical and corrupt acts take place in plain view. As is always the case, the cover up is worse than the original crime.
 
The chorus of "where's the vote" needs to be shouted from the rooftops. Pelosi is acting like a dictator, bypassing the prescribed process. She and a few committee chairmen have made a decision that belongs to the full house. Pelosi is the usurper.

Oh, I think you've got the being "cute" crown --so far--on this thread, at least. Ignoring the main topic and trying to spin on a minor one. Just repeating the title of the thread as a response you you not being the one who gets to decide whether we're in an inquiry phase or not was not just lame but pathetic.

You keep displaying complete ignorance of what the powers and duties of the legislative branch, particularly the Speaker. As Speaker it's up to her whether to have the entire House vote or not.* Please continue. It's fun to watch you humiliate yourself.

*The only matter in an impeachment that requires the entire House vote is whether to refer the articles (charges) to the Senate for trial.

You do realize that none of what you wrote there has happened, right? You're just inventing a future scenario that you'd like to see. But the cuteness is all yours when you think you know what Pelosi's powers are and she doesn't. That's truly adorable.

Well, at least sedition if not outright treason. You should read the history of the "run-up" to the Civil War. That language of the Oathkeepers could have been lifted right out of the soon-to-be treasonous seceding South.
