[COLOR="#000080"If you do stand on not considering any choice? Do you propose to create an Adoption Assistance Fund, that helps those who may need help financially and through program and services ? Do you have a plan to fund "Programs for "Foster Care For Newborns" who are not yet adopted? Do you have any plan to "fund any child care facilities for mothers who are denied the options to abort"? Do you have a plan to help her get educated and skill trained if she is in need of those assistance services.[/COLOR]
2.
Do you have any plan to create any classification for "Assault Weapons", be it under some manner of "designated certification as a target use only weapon" ? Because it’s certainly it not for seasonal hunting game. Do you have a perspective for classing handguns as being for personal protect, with "limited capacity magazines", Do you have any plan for " Classifying weapons which fit the class of "hunting weapons" ?
Do you have any plan to Address Weapon Manufactures- regarding what type of products they produce for the public consumption?

cities, states and this nation "does not grow without taxes". Up until mid 1960's are you of the awareness that "tax dollar went mostly to areas during segregation that built up communities that were not equal to having tax dollars spent on minority community and working poor white communities, and this resulted to "keep the middle class taxes low, while they gained the benefits of tax dollars investment in their community, BUT... the minority and working poor whites saw their tax money not directed to their benefit in their community. NOW... that it requires "HIGHER TAXES" TO SERVE ALL COMMUNITIES... why is the issue NOW.. Always about "cutting taxes".
4.
Government Spending, I'd challenge you to take a deep look at Government Contracts and who incessantly pursues them. It is often the University Graduate, the Professionals, the Business and Industry... but when people talk about "Cut Government Spending" they are Specifically Talking about Safety Net Programs.
Blacks @ (13%) of a population of 300,000,000 people in U.S = 39,000,000 / 56.1 percent who live on 80 of their income from social security of 39,000,000 people = *24,960,000 people.
Whites @ (70%) of a population of 300,000,000 people in U.S. = 210,000,000 / 56 percent who live on 80 of their income from social security of 210,000,000 people = *117,600,000 people.
Hispanic @ (15%) of a population of 300,000,000 people in U.S. = 45,000,000 / 53 percent who live on 80 of their income from social security of 45,000,000 people = *23,850,000] people.
RESULT: *92,640,000* = MORE white people than Black people live on 80 of their income from Public Services of various sorts
Result: *93,750,000 = MORE white people than Hispanic people live on 80 of their income from Public Services of various sorts
Combined Hispanic and Blacks 48,810,000
RESULT: 68,790,000 = MORE white people than Black and Hispanic combined together, live on 80 of their income from Public Services of various sorts.
So, who do you think will suffer from cuts - Answer: "All of Society Will Suffer"

We can't attract the high level jobs, UNTIL we become a region "NOTED" FOR HIGHLY SKILLED PEOPLE, So how do you propose to improve "Skill Training in the Region and the State"? College is basically "unaffordable to the average wage rate in this city" because the Median Wage Does not Reflect the Full Cross Sectional Wage of the Region.
What Type of Skill Training Can be Developed where Young People can enter a program and between the value of a Pell Grant can provide that training to them with an out of pocket cost that does not exceed $5000. (This is the type of things that increase the Skill Level in the Area, and that is what improves Job Growth in the Area and Attract Jobs to come to the Area).
