The party of law and order like they claim?

I'm sure the rank and file of the Republican Party are all for law and order, but when it comes to the Elites of the Party law and order takes a back seat to politics. Of course, the same can be said about the Democratic Party.

I thought that was the main reason why the Dems are holding all these hearings (aka -- witchhunts) for. Because they claim no one is above the law. Funny I didn't hear them screeching this line of reasoning when the tables were reversed and it had to do with Obama.

The Republican party is no longer a party of law and order or fiscal responsibility. I was a registered Republican for many years. Back then, the party upheld their ideology of American conservatism. Today, the Republican Party is led by the boss of a kleptocratic family business who presides over a scandal-ridden administration. Many of his closest advisers have done time in prison, are doing time in prison or about to face time in prison. Trump has to stay in office just to avoid prosecution. He will be exposed as the most corrupt president in American history. Richard Nixon’s administration was also riddled with criminals that ended up in prison, but the Republican Party was still a normal organization. It played by the rules.

The rule of law and order, and constitutional governance, do not exist in this country at the moment.

Much of it died with the passage of AUMF and the unpatriot act.

True. That's why I say bring a gun to a fight. That way you can clearly see where the smoke is and who to blame.

Is the Democrat party the party of law and order?

Both have issues, but when it comes to international relations and American's role in the world, yes.
