Trump stunned US officials when he called Egyptian President el-Sisi 'my favorite dictator' at the G

I wouldn't go so far, but I believe this is as important, or a greater challenge than winning over independent moderates. Even if we do win over the vast majority of independent moderates, will they be enough to offset the disgruntled, stay at home, Sanders supporters? I hope they, along with all the lazy Democrats learned something from '16.

He has such an affinity towards despots, it might be a question of, united we stand or divided we may never get him out of office...

Anyone with a working brain learned something from 2016:

The Democrats are complete and utter scumbags.

Is this how you rationalize your support for Donald Trump?

How is criticizing you for supporting Donald Trump an example of psychological projection?

It may not be - I'm just trying to understand the bizarre notion that I support Trump.

The fact that I don't buy into the THREE YEAR liberal tantrum over their warmongering misogynist sociopath losing doesn't equal support for Trump.

It's not a binary situation, as much as liberal hysteria may dictate a Bushian "with us or against us" mentality.

Your posting history here is an ample demonstration of your support for TheDonald.

As ridiculous and irrelevant as that nonsensical observation is, perhaps to those incapable of anything other than black & white thinking, the world is all fish and fowl.

It’s mental, it’s bizarre it’s crazy and it’s yet another gauntlet Trump has thrown down for his cartoon cavalcade of idiotic supporters to do the ultimate mental gymnastics to excuse its bizarreness.

It can be said again and again and again, when Trump said he could shoot someone and he wouldn’t lose any voters, he wasn’t joking, it’s one of the only true things he’s ever said.

It's not even a nothing ketchup packet...

Trump's not a politician or a lawyer, that's why many voted for him.

People have said for years that Washington is full of politicians and lawyers and we need to vote someone who's not a politician or lawyer into office.

So they voted for Trump.

Yes, gambling seldom pays. And look what you ended up with.

What the fcuk is with this guy and his hardon for dictators?

It's quite simple; Trump admires people who won't allow dissent, and murderous authoritarians who come down hard on political opponents, like those mentioned, are his favourites. Trump doesn't like being challenged and confronted either.

Yeah but trump himself is kind of a *****. It's kind of scary to have a president that cozis up to our enemies and alienates are allies. Appeasement doesn't work. Neville chamberlain tried it and see how it turned out for him. We need ballsy leaders like fdr, truman, and obama.

First we had the cultish mass worship of Obama.

That morphed into terrible disappointment for many.

That disappointment then grew and morphed into hysterical mass hatred for Orange Obama, aka Trump.

But I do think it's important to distinguish among those who present with TDS: some are misguided, some are mentally ill, and some are sociopathic.

You strike me as the first - well-meaning, but in the weeds.
And you present as willfully misinformed and self deluded.

If you don't support Trump then why do you care?

He is not appeasing them. He is jealous of them and the power that their wield. Look at the idiots he put on the court and hid bootlicking AG. Trump is trying to move US law a few clicks to the right to protect himself from prosecution.
Moscow Mitch is standing by and letting it happen because as long as Trump signs the GOP tax and cutting domestic policies Moscow Mitch will protect him.
