They all would. What's easy to forget is that any one of them would be an enormous step up from where we are.

    A scattershot response.

I'm left with a sense of general vapidity when he finishes speaking. That's one main thing. Same problem with any number of them. I can only contrast him best with Buttgieg. That guy quickly zeroes in on how he wants to answer the question, and you can almost see him organizing the next few points as he's making the first. Beto (and Booker) tend to say a bunch of stuff that is good in principle, but so vague it does not give me a sense of what they will actually try to do.

Beto can also sound a bit insincere. Hard to put a finger on. It may be more that after listening to these debates, I still am not particularly clear on what specific policies Beto likes. They're all in agreement that Trump sucks. Unless my wife mis-described his immigration stance (I was peeing), he wants something akin to open borders re: deportation policy.

This election, my opinion is purely academic. I'm voting Dem even if they do run a ham sandwich.

I bet a dollar to your doughnut that not one of these loons can accomplish 1/2 what they say. Trump has broken the mold relative to keeping campaign promises. The left should learn from him how to lead

    Okay, debate over... final scores?

I am starting to think the winner was Buttigieg.

Meh was Biden, Sanders, Warren, and Booker

The losers were Harris, Castro, Yang, O'Rourke, and Klobuchar.

    Thoughts?

Technically speaking, Trump wouldn't have been able to accomplish anything at all without a Republican Senate, which is sort of the point.
