Couldn't care less. This is the present and the potus is Donald J Trump.

He had my vote because of things he spoke of. I waited, I backed him and I waited some more, and he failed. My vote will now go to anyone I feel can remove him from the WH because I don't feel he should be leading this country. He's not qualified. Absolutely nothing has raised his numbers past mediocre. He lies about things he has no reason to lie about. He craps his pants when the NWS calms the fears of people in Alabama because he used an old weather report. He's getting more bizarre week by week. I can't even begin to guess what lies ahead if he feels he's losing the win of 2020. There is no low bar at this point.

A: I do not talk about my children on the internet.

B: I specifically said "shrewd business man" and to help you understand I gave you a video. But since I still have to spell it out for you: Trump is an asshole, not childish. Calling Trump childish gives the illusion that there is an excuse for his behavior. Not to mention it is an insult to children everywhere. What we see entirely an act to sway his base and nothing else. Trump does not give one **** for anyone but his own well being. The people that voted for him wanted a "shrewd business man" but they were/are to stupid to understand what that is. Trump represents all of the other assholes out there. And people have a long history of writing about such people in literature. Scrooge, cattle barons, bankers, etc.....all assholes

Let what go? You've not given any straight answers other than that you appear to be trolling threads with Trump/Hitler references. It appears my initial conclusion has been thoroughly supported.

Yeah, Trump is so shrewd that his mommy and daddy have had to bail him out financially repeatedly.

Now, if a parent has a child that they have to bail out repeatedly, to the tune of billions, how shrewd is that child?
 
President of the United States of America Donald Trump's loyal base remain so because their political world view is informed by but two things. The first is the reality of the President himself. The other is the fear of the America-to-be presented to them by their talk show hosts and far right wing websites if the Democrats resume government control. In some instances, the 'libs' are described as something approaching the Devil incarnate. The lib world is described as a police state.

When presented with the fear of the unknown when so described and the reality of today, which would you choose?

I don't find it hard to believe that the management company, whether by Trump personally or by a representative, may have discouraged black tenants. This is economic racism, where a given company rejects a racial group because the company doesn't think any members of the group are good for the money-- which reinforces the very cultural practices that tend to keep marginalized groups marginal.

However, Trump jumping on the birther-gate wagon has no relation to this earlier case of economic racism. Trump's main motive in opposing Obama was not to burn crosses on black people's lawns. Had there been a white Democrat in office at that time, Trump would've tried to find some other weakness to exploit, in the same way that he continually insulted white government figures throughout his candidacy. As I said before, I don't think the birther conspiracy had any basis in reality. But Trump was within his rights as a citizen to nag Obama about his full transcript, and the media's attempt to frame ordinary orneriness as racism was dumb.

For that matter, a fair number of WASP Democrat politicians in recent years have been attacked (on FOX) for getting their kids into prestige colleges, purely on the strength of the parents' political powers.

I wouldn't be surprised that Fox may've omitted some Republican politicians guilty of the same sin, but the point is, when any politicos get undeserving kids into college, that CAN be a closed door to minorities who are doing the actual work.

FWIW, the argument's been made-- I forget by whom-- that at the point Hitler attacked Russia, his forces really really needed petroleum and other resources, and that caused him to break his treaty with Stalin.
