I think it would be of no help for the Dems if they actually file for impeachment , but just the idea that from now to the election, democrats can make this daily case for Impeachment. Day after day after day. A added thought would be if democrats just showed the truth behind every lie that comes from this Pumpkin mans mouth. A daily Dumpathon on this criminal and laugh at this clown stupidity showing just how ignorant this clown is. So I like the Formal procedures for impeachment that the democrats are taking care of but a actual impeachment wouldn't help the democrats. The truth of the matter is this Idiot has to go and that will happen, Keep in mind though that we still have the problem with putting this hate group that follows him back into the small containers that they came from in the first place.

Talking about impeachment will be perceived as Democrats conceding they can't win the 2020 election. So it will just be seen as more throwing a bad-loser temper tantrum.

First of all, you are wrong to believe them. It’s a myth.

Nadler and his butt buddy are trying to veer left to save their asses in 2020 from a challenge from the left. Nadler needs a majority vote of the full House. He has already been bitch slapped by the courts for not having sufficient authority to subpoena witnesses.

So Nadler can piss up a rope. He does not have the votes, and playing this game is a piss poor way to pretend his party’s gimp squad is gong to be taken seriously by any working American legal voter.

The way it is going, the house has done exactly nothing but this, and there is a good chance ofter 2020, the Republicans will take back the house. Why? They have done exactly nothing but the Russia Hoax and they won’t let go.
 
First you would actually need to define what is actually a lie, and then you'd need to worry about their own lies being thrown right back at them.

This is nothing but desperation in their case.
 
Perception may be the biggest issue House Democrats face.

Pelosi has known from the outset that any real impeachment effort would not result in much from the Senate, about all that might be done between now and election is articles of impeachment with a media **** show on trying to work Senators to a needed 2/3rds vote.

It may be viewed that starting the formal process now is purely for 2020, greatly outweighing some perception that this is Constitutional adherence.

If their incisive intelligence is reflected by your post, the only question is whether Minnesota will also vote for Trump. Reagan failed to get Minnesota by a fraction of 1 percent of the vote. He only carried 49 states.

Lowest unemployment rates ever for minorities and women after Trump got elected. Everyone overall now has job mobility and a better future AFTER TRUMP GOT ELECTED.

Highest household income ever. Highest wage rates ever. Virtually no inflation. More manufacturing. No new wars since Trump got in the Oval Office. Foreign deployments are down.

Impeachment hearings would be a waste of time however, a formal impeachment inquiry could be very damaging to Trump. If Don McGahn were forced to testify regarding Trump’s multiple attempts at obstruction, that alone could be enough to destroy any chance Trump might have at being re-elected and could even set him up for prosecution after the election next year.

America is Great because the American system provides people who want to succeed the chance to succeed. This is true for all at all levels of capability and wealth.

Trump has only examined the system and reduced the impediments in the way of those folks that want to be great themselves.

The greatness of any country should only be measured by the greatness of its people.

When the country is populated by quivering victims waiting for the next crumb to be gifted to them by their masters, that country is doomed.

When the country is populated by courageous, self reliant achievers, that country is vital, vibrant and innovative. If you want to get anything done, give the job to someone who is already busy.

If the government fears the people, that is good. If the people fear the government, that is bad. Trump is helping to move the country back to the stage at which the government fears the people.

The ambition of people is like a natural force. Government is like a damn that holds it back. The best government creates a flow of that ambition that is helpful to most and hurtful to few.

The people who don't pay Federal Income Tax in the great majority are those that don't earn enough in our progressive system. What are you talking about?

Government grants? What are you talking about? The American system allows those who want to gain financially to do so by virtue of their efforts. Government grants are the crumbs gifted by the masters. Only victims need them. Only victims take them.

Why does ANYONE get free money to go to college? Education is a product. Pay for what you get, use it to ply your trade or not. That's your choice. Engineering is a better choice than 16th Century Chinese Literature.

ANYONE can go to college. ANYONE can buy a car.

This is not a difficult concept. If YOU want to buy something, YOU get the money and pay for it. If YOU can't afford it, then do the best YOU can to figure out what YOU CAN afford and use that to do the best you can with what you got.

Impeaching this president to me isn't about helping or hurting the dems, it's about congress doing its job. It's not about helping or hurting the country, it's about congress doing their job, to protect the constitution. Start the proceedings and let the truth come out and the cards fall where they may.
