Here is what appears to be an easy way for a Trump President to bag 2020 - Donald drops out and Ivanka runs. She does not have the image problems and can pretend like she can be a "better" Trump. Heck, Donald can even be on the ticket as VP.

Trumps gets their dynasty ambitions and continued corrupt business practices to continue shoveling taxpayer money into their pockets.

The only problem - Trump's ego... so this is nothing more but a fun observation.

1. I voted for Candidate Trump and would be happy to vote for President Trump.

2. I agree, however, that he is one strange dude.

3. It IS possible that if the polls convince him that he will lose, then he might actually decide to avoid such a blow to his ego by withdrawing from the election (for "health reasons").

4. If the Republican convention comes up with an Eisenhower-type of candidate, the Republicans might be able to keep the White House, especially if the Dems nominate someone who is considered too extreme (or too old and senile).

Or idiot leftists could examine the economy, unemployment rates, market growth, and the sheer stupidity of the democrat agenda and vote for the good of the country instead of the ****wits they are supporting.

Or people could realize that Bush crashed a good economy he got from Clinton. Trump is trying to crash the good economy he got from Obama.

Trump has exploded the deficit and is destroying the economy with his trade wars. We need to get rid of Trump before things get worse.

Its ****ing sick watching you people project gloom and doom prior to the election and since the election and praying still for the collapse of the economy.

Or right wingers (and left wingers for that matter) could finally come to grips with reality - economy has little to do with CURRENT sitting President. (True of any President).

It's a myth that specific President does much or against the economy. It's all about economic business cycle, the Fed, and policies of previous Presidents combined that take generally many years to affect economies.

... , and the sheer stupidity of the democrat agenda

unlike the current conspiracy theory adherent's agenda of wealth transfer from the taxpayers into his pockets while killing the environment and any kind of consumer protections and healthcare system? No thanks.

Thats simply not true. Presidencies can greatly impact the economy, just as the impact of a presidents policies can impact the decisions of businesses to keep their jobs local or take them overseas...or bring overseas jobs back home.

Once again, that plays out over years, not immediately. And once again, businesses are far more affected by the other factors and policies that I listed in prior post.

Why would anyone vote for a person with no qualifications who outsourced all of her manufacturing to China? People did that once with her father. Look how well that worked out.

Holy ****. You people are so predictable its scary.

The current president walked away for him business role, is not drawing incolme from his business role, and is not taking a presidnets salary. the last president went from about 60k combined wealth prior to his election to 400 MILLION, has a nice home in Chicago, an 8 million dollar home in DC, and just bought a 15 million dollar coastal mansion. His VP now owns 4 homes including a nice vacation home and a new mansion in DC. One of the leading contenders and loudest voices for income equality went from under a million to a multimillionaire as a presidential candidate and has now 3 homes.

"wealth transfer'

Do you ever get tired of getting butt ****ed by your leftist heroes, do you like it, or are you so vapid you just dont know its happening?

Except he never divested and his net worth keeps growing through all the businesses you are expected to contribute to get the King's favors.

No source provided of course, and both numbers are nowhere close to reality from what I found. Still Obamas did well indeed - mostly from best selling books and fees for speaking engagements - people want to hear Obamas speak apparently.
