Nope...its not. The meme represents the fact that outside of the rat controlled cities, MOST of the country is pretty ****ing awesome. Illinois...Hell...MOST of Chicago is pretty ****ing decent. Take out the gang infested ****ty neighborhoods and even Chicago looks good. MOST of California is not controlled by rats...but the major population centers ARE..and they **** things up for everyone else. Red states like Tennessee as cited by another liberal is ****ed up by the blue city of Memphis. Louisiana is ****ed up by the rat controlled Baton Rouge and New Orleans.

Why do you have a problem with being HONEST about where the problems are in this country? Is it that you truly dont give a **** about black American communities in rat controlled cities? Are you ashamed? Embarrassed? Dood...just own that ****...its 100% your parties ****ed up problem and ****ed up fault.

False, there are countless blue states with countless major cities that do not have anywhere near the levels of violence that much of the south has.

The killings are almost exclusively gang violence between rival gangs fighting over turf. No different than the gangs that fought constantly during Prohibition. So who is to blame for the War on Drugs? While there is some blame to go around the idea was initiated and ramped up by Republican Presidents and it is primarily republicans in this day and age who are preventing us from ending it.

Memphis has two congressional district. Most of Memphis in in t he Ninth which is overwhelmingly one of the most Democrat in the south (D+25) and the Eigth which is Republican (R+17)

Typical thinly-veiled, angry white guy b.s. from you. Last I checked, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, etc. etc...are also Democratic controlled cities. And yet, their a LOT safer to live in than rural Kentucky, rural Ohio, practically ALL of West Virginia...or other "non population centers" and other "red" places like Huntsville, Alabama (just to name a few examples).

The FACT is that, overall, cities are SAFER than rural communities, because people die at alarming rates in violent accidents in rural areas. So much so that the rate of violent death:

You people would be better served to focus on the pathologies within your own culture and community, because whether you like it or not, you're going to be a minority group in this country in a couple/few decades. You pubes should hope and pray you'll be treated better as minorities than your history might warrant.

Dallas has a crime rate of 25 per thousand compared to the Texas state average of 4.4 per 1000.
Houston has a violent crime rate of 11.67
Atlanta...GREAT choice there...Atlanta is more dangerous than 97% of all other US cities and while its OVERALL violent crime rate is 14 per 1000, the violent crime rates in the minority communities in that rat infested ****hole skyrocket to 23 per 1000...compared to the overall Georgia average of 3.57...actually LOWER than the national average of 4 per 1000.

Look...if your goal was to make my point...well played. If you were TRYING to kick your own ass...man...ice down that kicking leg...you managed it.
